Claims (13)

1. Procédé de décapage d'aluminium dans un bain de lessive alcaline, avec précipitation simultanée d'hydroxyde d'aluminium in situ et régénération simultanée de la lessive alcaline consommée au cours du décapage, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'on emploie un bain de décapage qui contient moins de 10 g/I de lessive de soude caustique ou de lessive de potasse caustique et, en tant qu'agent complexant, du gluconate de sodium, que le bain est exempt de sulfures, de sulfates, de phosphates et de thiosulfates, et en ce que l'hydroxyde d'aluminium qui se forme dans le bain de décapage précipite sans modification de la température du dit bain.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on emploie un bain de décapage qui contient 3 g/I à 6 g/1 de lessive de soude caustique ou de lessive de potasse caustique et 2 g/I à 20 g/I d'aluminium à l'état dissous.
3. Procédé suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute un sel alcalin au bain de décapage.
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute comme sel alcalin, au bain de décapage, du carbonate de sodium.
5. Procédé suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute le carbonate de sodium au bain de décapage en une quantité de l'ordre de 5 g/I à 100 g/I.
6. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute le gluconate de sodium au bain de décapage en une quantité de l'ordre de 0,01 g/I à 1,0 g/1.
7. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la température du bain de décapage est de l'ordre de 50°C à 75°C.
8. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'hydroxyde d'aluminium ayant précipité est retiré du bain de décapage de façon continue ou par lots.
9. Procédé suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on retire l'hydroxyde d'aluminium du bain de décapage lorsque la teneur du bain de décapage en matière solide dépasse la valeur de 10 g/1 à 30 g/I.
10. Procédé suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue le retrait de l'hydroxyde d'aluminium d'une partie du bain.
11. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue le retrait de l'hydroxyde d'aluminium par décantation et/ou par filtrage.
12. Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on ramène dans leur totalité ou en partie, dans le bain de décapage, le filtrat ayant précipité lors du retrait de

Procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pertes du bain de décapage en produits chimiques sont compensées par l'addition de quantités de produits au bam de décapage en produits chimiques sont compensées par l'addition de quantités de produits chimiques frais qui correspondent à ces pertes.
