Definitions
- the present invention relates to an expeller for a sorption heat pump according to the preambles of the independent claims.
- the older German patent application P 3201074.5 has made known a column for a sorption heat pump which has an expeller and a rectifier section and a burner, meandering attachments being arranged in the region of the cooker on the outer jacket of the column.
- the meandering attachments are designed in the form of rings, the outer diameter of which is kept higher in height as the distance from the burner increases.
- the individual meanders of the attachments can be arranged offset to one another in the circumferential direction.
- To increase the heat transfer from the exhaust gases of the burner to the interior of the cooker are arranged on the inside of the column with finned heat transfer bolts.
- the bolts are ring-shaped in one plane.
- the object of the present invention is to significantly improve the thermal efficiency of such an expeller.
- the invention consists in the characterizing features of the first independent claim.
- the present invention is therefore also based on the object of integrating such a solvent heat exchanger into the expeller of a fuel-heated sorption heat pump and optimizing it in operation.
- the subject of the earlier patent application P 3201074 is a sorption heat pump. Sorption heat pump with an expeller heated by exhaust gases from a burner, which is arranged in a combustion chamber while leaving an annular space.
- the invention is therefore also based on the object to provide a sorption heat pump with an exhaust gas heat exchanger, which is to be provided at a point where the flow cross section for the exhaust gas is constricted, so that there an optimal heat transfer to a heat pump medium is possible, which is based on a low temperature level.
- the expeller 1 has an insulating housing 2 which encloses a hollow cylinder.
- the actual container 3 which is filled with a mixture of refrigerant (ammonia) and solvent (water), is suspended within the housing at a distance from its inner wall.
- the housing 2 is surrounded by a cover 4 at a distance 5, so that a gap space is used for air guidance. Air can flow in through openings 6 on the top of the cover 4 and sweep along the outer jacket of the cover 4 in the gap space formed by the distance 5 and absorb heat from there.
- the air enters the interior 8 of the housing 2 through an air passage opening 7 arranged at the bottom of the cover 4.
- the container 3 has a substantially cylindrical shape, at its lower end 9 it is provided with a hemispherical rounded portion 10.
- This hemispherical rounding forms the deepest part of the expeller, including a hollow cylindrical gas burner 11, which is fed with gas via a fuel feed line 12.
- a conical guide body 14 is arranged between the top 13 of the burner 11 and the hemispherical rounding 10.
- a heat exchange zone extends above the hemispherical rounded portion 10 between the flue gases of the burner and the interior 17 of the container 3.
- This heat exchange zone consists of ribs which are applied to the outer jacket of the container .
- the ribs are part of a sheet metal strip that is bent and with its inside diameter rests on the outer jacket of the container 3 in the manner of a screw while maintaining distances at height level. Since the band is provided with slots 18 in the area of its outer diameter bearing against the inner jacket 15 of the housing 2, twisted ribs 19 are formed, which are inclined in a range of 20 to 30 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the container. Experiments have shown that the angle should be selected in the range from 10 to 40 °, 30 ° being the optimum.
- the slits 18 and the ribs 19 can be seen clearly from FIG. 2, as is the application of the outside Knife 20 of the sheet metal strip 21 on the inner casing 16 of the housing 2 and the application of the inner diameter 22 of the sheet metal strip to the outer casing of the container 3.
- the height 23 of the entire rib zone relates to the outer diameter 20 as 1.1 to 1.5. This means that the outside diameter is 10 to 50% larger than the height.
- a truncated cone part 24 protruding into the interior 8 of the housing 2 is arranged on the upper side of the rib zone, which starts from the inner jacket 15 of the housing 2 and extends narrowing upwards. It constricts the annular space between the outer jacket of the container 3 and the inner jacket of the housing 2 by two-thirds. Above this annular space 25, an exhaust gas heat exchanger 26 is arranged in the annular space, which is connected to a return line 27 for rich solution and whose supply line 28 leads to the interior 17 of the container 3.
- an exhaust pipe 31 provided with a fan 30, which is connected to a chimney, not shown.
- the blower is driven by a motor 32. It is possible to regulate the engine speed in such a way that the fan delivery rate is adapted to the gas flow rate to the burner as a function of a heating curve, in order to regulate the ratio between air and fuel to achieve.
- the interior 17 of the container 3 has the expeller to be described, together with the rectifier: the rich solution coming from the temperature changer connected to the line 28 is introduced into the interior 3 via a drill connector 33, and that at the highest level.
- the rich solution flows over a large number of column trays, the uppermost of which is designated by 34 and the lowermost 35 of which is arranged approximately at the level of the upper end 29 of the cover 4 or of the housing 2.
- the overflow pipes 36 accordingly bring the rich solution to the deepest floor and from there via a central overflow pipe 36 to a solvent heat exchanger 37.
- the solvent heat exchanger 37 consists of two concentric tubes 37 and 38, the tube 38 being identical to the outlet line for poor solution 39 leading to the temperature changer.
- the wall of the inner tube 38 which is filled with hot, poor solution, preheats the rich solution instead, which flows down in the annular space between the tubes 38 and 37.
- the lower part of the solvent heat exchanger 37 forms a coil 40 to which the line 38 is wound. This coil is surrounded by an extension 41 of the tube 37.
- the extension points an exit point 42 for the rich solution, this exit point lies in the region of the hemispherical rounding 10.
- This annular space 43 is provided with ribs on the inner casing of the container 3 are arranged.
- the ribs consist of a corrugated strip or of individual angular parts 44, which are clearly visible from the figure two.
- the shape of the ribs results in the interior 45 and the exterior rib 46, both of which are filled with tube sections 47.
- the pipe sections serve for better heat transfer of the heat present on the jacket of the container 3 to its interior.
- the height of the zone of the inner ribs corresponds to zone 23 of the outer jacket.
- the refrigerant-solvent mixture is in the interior 17 of the container 3 up to a level 48.
- An insulating barrier layer 49 is arranged above this level.
- the resulting poor solution is withdrawn from a solution drain pipe 50 that ends below level 48.
- the solvent drain pipe is connected to coil 40.
- the flue gas aftercooler consists of a finned tube which is wound helically around the container 3 and the annular space between the vessel 3 and penetrated the housing 2. This exhaust gas heat exchanger is located above the heat exchange zone 23 of the expeller.
- the solvent discharge tube ends at a level which is below the - fluctuating - level 48 even under unfavorable operating conditions.
- the end of the solvent discharge tube is preferably arranged at approximately two thirds of the height of the heat exchange zone 23. It is possible to set this height between half and three quarters.
- the solvent heat exchanger 37 consisting of the concentric tubes 36 and 38, consists only of the two concentric tubes in the upper region, and in the lower region, that is to say in the stripping zone of the expeller, on the other hand, from the expansion with the inner tube 38 wound inside to form a tube coil 40.
- the pipe coil emerges from the side wall of the extension 41 on the underside approximately in the region of the outlet opening 42 and is directed upwards to a suction pipe 50. It is provided here that the beginning of the suction pipe, which is connected to the interior 17, is placed in such a way that it is sure to be below the lowest expected level of the liquid level 48. Before the end of the suction pipe lies above the upper end 51 of the extension, but below the upper end of the ribbing zone 23.
- the suction pipe near the junction in the extension 40 is provided with small bores 52, so that not only refrigerant vapor but also solution is discharged through the small bore 52 from the interior 17 even in the case of a very low level 48 can be.

Abstract
