Description

The invention relates to a component for creating basic elements in building structures with the basic shape of a flat, rectangular cuboid, in the base of which a groove in the form of a trapezoid is provided, the longer side of which forms the groove bottom, and the at least one extending along one of its short edges Has recess.

From FR-A-2 370 142 a component is known as part of a ceiling construction, the outer contour of which is precisely adapted to the load-bearing elements with which it interacts. All surfaces of the component that are angled relative to one another have right angles or clearly obtuse angles to one another. The projections and recesses given by adaptation to the adjacent elements are not subject to a uniform design principle. The known component can therefore only ever be used for a single construction structure to be taken into account when designing its external shape. In addition, its outer shape is complicated, sensitive to transport damage and difficult to manufacture.

From FR-A-2 441 693 a component is also known which has a trapezoidal groove on one surface and lateral recesses. However, these lateral recesses are on the same side as the trapezoidal groove, so that the area of use of this component is very limited. The recess also forms a right angle.

The object on which the invention is based is therefore to design the component of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it can be used universally for a wide variety of building constructions in a simple form which enables direct manufacture at the construction site without the use of heavy special machines.

This object is achieved in that the recess is provided on the side opposite the base with the groove and that the two surfaces which together form the recess form an acute angle.

The component designed according to the invention enables not only the erection of ceilings but also, for example, walls, pillars, lintel beams, supporting beams and foundations. Complete structures can thus be erected using only the component according to the invention. Due to its extremely simple structural design, it is ideally suited for mass production. Due to the lack of protruding parts, the component is insensitive to impact forces during transport. In the case of a ceiling structure, when the component according to the invention is used, a cavity which tapers towards the top is created between two adjacent components and can be filled by supporting beams. The resulting undercut of the space between the individual components results in a positive connection with the interposed longitudinal elements. When building a horizontal wall using the structural element according to the invention, the dovetail-like wedging with interposed beams results in excellent stability of the finished structure.

Vorteilhafterweise beträgt der spitze Winkel ungefähr 80°.The acute angle is advantageously approximately 80 °.

The component P shown in FIG. 1, as it is used to create basic elements in building constructions, has the basic shape of a flat rectangular cuboid, in the base area of which a groove 1 in the form of a trapezoid is recessed, the longer side of which forms the groove bottom. A recess 2 extends along one of the short edges of the component P on the side opposite the base area with the groove 1. The two surfaces, which together form the recess 2, close an acute angle 2, which is 80 ° in the exemplary embodiment shown. The component P can be provided with chambers K. On the surface opposite the groove 1, as shown in FIG. 1, thermal insulation N can be applied, which engages in the recess 2 with a correspondingly shaped section.

In the ceiling construction shown in Fig. 2, the components are used so that two grooves 1 face each other, resulting in a hollow block element, on the four longitudinal edges of which the recesses 2 are located. These hollow block elements are arranged in two parallel rows at a distance one behind the other so that the recesses in each row face each other. The recesses 2 of the components located below lie on parallel ceiling beams 4. Support beams 5 engage in the upper, mutually facing recesses 2, wherein a dovetail-like wedging is achieved with the appropriately designed support beam 5 and the opposite recesses 2.

In the embodiment of FIG. 3, solid walls are produced using the components P. In the mutually facing recesses 2 of the components P placed one another strips 15 are fitted, to which a wall covering can be attached. Protrusions of a heat-insulating material 13 or of counter-stones 14 engage in the grooves 1, which can be shaped in the same way as the components P.

A heat-insulating filler 20 is introduced between an outer wall which is kept at a distance by spacers and which can be composed of components P, in whose recesses thermal insulation strips 22 can be inserted and which can be provided with bricks 24 and plaster 23 on its outer side 19.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the components P are arranged opposite one another in rows, as in FIG. 2, in which the recesses 2 face one another. Wedge stones 3 are inserted between the rows of components P, which engage in the recesses 2 in a covering manner. The grooves 1 between the components P can form a ventilation duct 25 or a flue gas duct 27. A channel 26 for ventilation can be provided between the wedge stones.
