Przedmiotem wynalazku jest element budowlany do wznoszenia podstawowych zestawów konstrukcyjnych i oslonowych ustrojów budowlanych zwlaszcza w budownictwie mieszkaniowym.Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 93 508 zestaw prefabrykowanych elementów budowlanych o ksztaltach prostopadloscianów, wewnatrz pustych, posiadajacych scianki i ramiona, skladajacy sie z pojedynczego elementu podstawowego prefabrykatu podwójnego i z prefabrykatu stanowiacego póltorakrotnosc elementu podstawowego. Jedna z dluzszych scianek elementu podstawowego posiada w srodkowej czesci pionowa szczeline rozdzielajaca dwa ramiona skierowane do wewnatrz. Element wykonywanyjest z najrózniejszych materialów i surowców naturalnych, takze poprodukcyjnych i odpadowych. 2 - w perspektywie widok elementu z wypustami w dwóch narozach, fig.3 - w perspektywie widok elementu z wycieciem i wypustami, fig. 4 - przekrój poprzeczny przez strop, fig. 5 - przekrój poprzeczny przez stropodach, fig. 6 - w perspektywie widok slupa o przekroju prostokatnym, fig. 7- w perspektywie przekrój poziomy sciany typu pelnego, fig. 8 - przekrój poziomy sciany zasypowej, fig. 9 - przekrój poprzeczny odcinka sciany z kanalami instalacyjnymi, fig. 10 - w perspektywie widok podlogi, fig. It is known from the Polish patent description No. 93 508, a set of prefabricated building elements with the shape of cubes, inside empty, having walls and arms, consisting of a single basic element a double prefabricated element and a prefabricated element constituting one and a half times the basic element. One of the longer sides of the base element has a vertical slit in its central part separating the two limbs directed inwards. One of the shorter sides has a shelf formed to the center of the element, parallel to the arm and forming with it an attachment for the arm of the other element. The double prefabricated element has on one of the longer walls two vertical slots separated by an inner wall ended with two arms directed inwards and two external shorter walls, each of which is equipped with a shelf, frame and a catch. On the other hand, the prefabricated element, which is one and a half times the length of a single basic element, is shaped in such a way that one of the basic elements of a double prefabricated element is cut in the middle of its longer wall length and ended in this place with an arm facing towards the center. complicated shape require at least semi-industrial methods of their production. Particularly difficult here is the demoulding process, which threatens to destroy them due to the possibility of breaking the arms. It is also difficult for this reason to transport them. Moreover, the individual sections of the elements after their arrangement, e.g. into walls, do not exclude the possibility of local frosts, which may lead to the destruction of the system under the influence of external weather conditions, and the shape and cross-section of the elements practically exclude the possibility of making them in a hole or chamber version, advantageous for ensuring According to the invention, a building element in the shape of a cuboid, the cross-section of which has a trapezoidal groove with a longer base as its edge, is distinguished by the fact that at least one of its corners is provided with a cut-out, the edges of which form a concave corner between 30 ° and 150 °, or at least one corner is provided with one prism-shaped projection, preferably with a trapezoidal base. In a variant of the solution, at least one corner has a cut, the edges of which form an angle between 30 and 150 °, and at least one other has a projection in the shape of a straight prism. The to-cuts and projections are hooks for putting them together, connecting them, and also for creating spaces used to fill them, e.g. with thermal insulation inserts or strips for attaching paneling, etc. An element with such a cross-section ensures its multifunctionality and versatility, manifested in the fact that it is constructed from it ceilings, roofs, poles with reinforced concrete cores, bearing and shield walls, installation channels, floors, lintel, beams, bolts, foundation foot posts and chimneys. The element is made of various materials and natural resources, including post-production and waste. Depending on the material it is made of, it has a cross-section - full, aperture, chambered, slotted. So an element with the same dimensions, depending on the needs, may have very different strength and insulation properties - it determines the material from which is made and the cross-section selected for it. The production of such elements can take place in specific conditions. The structure of the element allows for the elimination of costly formwork, which was necessary for the construction of reinforced concrete frame structures, especially mullions and transoms. Thanks to the solution according to the invention, the mullions and transoms are made immediately in casings preventing their freezing. In addition, it is possible to make two or three-layer elements - already with an additional thermal insulation overlay, which may have a ready-made texture layer. Depending on the appropriate combination of elements, especially in two or more-layered structures, the strength and insulation requirements set by the designer are achieved. With such a construction of the element, it is possible to put the building in its raw state using only one form. The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment example in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the element with oblique cuts in two corners, Fig. 2 - a perspective view of the element with projections in two corners, fig. 3 - perspective view of the element with a cutout and projections, fig. 4 - cross-section through the ceiling, fig. 5 - cross-section through the flat roof, fig. 6 - perspective view of a pole with a rectangular cross-section, fig. 7- in perspective, a horizontal section of a solid wall, Fig. 8 - a horizontal section of a charging wall, Fig. 9 - a cross section of a wall section with installation channels, Fig. 10 - a floor view in perspective, Fig. 11 - a partially prefabricated view in perspective of a lintel beam or a traverse beam. The building element has the shape of a cuboid, the cross-section of which has a trapezoidal groove 1 so shaped, that its longer base is its edge. The corner opposite to this inlet is provided with cuts 2, one edge of the cut parallel to the base and the other inclined there to it at an acute angle. The element, depending on the thermal insulation requirements, is made in a full P or K chamber version. It is equipped with an additional N insulating cap, filling the cut-out, which ensures their permanent connection. In the variants shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the element is provided at the corners opposite to the trapezoidal inlet 1 with protrusions 3 so that one corner has a prismatic trapezoidal projection and the other corner has two such protrusions. The distance of 1 projections depends on the size of the other mating element. If necessary, the element has a projection 3 in one corner and a recess 2 in another, e.g. in the corner opposite to the tapering edge. As shown in Figs. 4-11, these elements serve to erect the basic structural elements of building structures. Thus, the ceiling is made of two layers of elements with cuts 2, which are folded with trapezoidal inlets 1 to each other. The cutouts of the lower elements rest on the ceiling beams 4, while the cuts of the upper elements shape the upper shelf of the supporting beam 5. The roof is made of one layer of elements with 2 shaped cutouts143 356 3 in the corners opposite to the tapering edges of the trapezoidal inlets 1. The roof consists of steps 6 or reinforced concrete 7, between which there are elements with increased thermal insulation properties 8 / obtained by using elements with a chamber structure / or with thermal insulation properties 9. Poles with reinforced concrete cores have a rectangular cross-section formed by juxtaposing the elements with trapezoidal inlets to each other, and they are solid elements 10 and elements with increased thermal insulation 11, which have a thermal insulating cap. The solid elements 10, apart from fulfilling the function forming the shape of the column - "lost formwork", cooperate in the transfer of loads, preventing buckling of the supporting reinforced concrete core. o the space created by trapezoidal inlets 1. The wall of the full type is composed of two layers of elements juxtaposed in such a way that one layer - the internal one consists of full elements 12 of increased strength, placed next to each other, and the other full thermal insulation elements 13 or elements with increased thermal insulation - openings 14, including trapezoidal inlets connected with each other sides of the inner layer elements. Elements of the outer layer 14 have an additional thermal insulation overlay N with or without external texture. Cut-outs 2 (e.g. the inner layer / are used for fixing paneling boards 15 or for embedding additional thermal insulation inserts 16 in them, e.g. in the external protective layer. against the phenomenon of blowing. They can also be used for embedding in them from the outside 17 spacer strips that enable the fastening of light façade panels - ventilated. The backfill wall also consists of two layers staggered towards each other, the inner layer of which is made of 18 full elements and the outer layer of raised insulation elements. 19 - chambered. The space between the layers is filled with thermal insulation filler 20. The cuts of 2 elements v; the inner layer is used to fix the paneling 21 in them, and the cuts of the outer layer - to attach the thermal insulation elements 22. From the inside, these elements are covered with plaster 23 or veneer 24. Installation channels such as a smoke channel 25, a ventilation channel 26, or a flue gas channel with installation pipes 27 have their cross-section formed by trapezoidal inlets and solid elements joined together. The cut-outs 2 and projections 3 made in the corners are used to connect them tightly, because the grooves 3 enter the cut-outs 2 The floor laid on the ground covered with waterproofing consists of one layer of elements, which, depending on the needs, have trapezoidal inlets 1 directed downwards - elements 28 , 29 or upwards - element 30 e.g. when used for running underfloor water, CO, electric or telephone installations. The cut-outs 2 are used to form a T-shaped reinforced concrete or concrete reinforcement 31 or to lay sub-skirting boards 32 in them. The override beam or beam - transom is formed by concreting 1 elements 33 with increased thermal insulation - the lower beam reinforcement in trapezoidal grooves. The protrusions 3 play the role of limiters (such as cranes) for the elements with which the beam is to work, such as a door frame or a light filling wall. The presented solution allows for particularly energy-saving construction of objects based on various natural, post-production and waste materials without the necessity to use heavy, specialized machines and devices for their production, as well as their incorporation into the object.
