Abstract

Die Erfindung löst die Frage der vollständigen Reinigung von Teppichen, textilen Belägen, Polsterungen und anderen Verkleidungsflächen aus faserartigen Stoffen. Der erfingungsgemäße Fadensammler eines Saugers oder einer Saugbürste besteht aus einer flachen starren Platte (1), die in den Fadensamler (2) eingeschmolzen ist, der aus thermoplastischen oder chemisch härtbaren Elastomeren hergestellt ist, dessen Arbeitsfläche mindestens einige parallele Kämme (3) mit sehr elastischen Zähnen (4) aufweist, die unter einem spitzen winkel (α) von vorzugsweise 50 bis 70° in Richtung der Schutzkante (5) des Fadensammlers geneigt sind.

Description

  • Fadensammler eines Saugers oder einer Saugbürste
  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen. Fadensammler eines Saugers, einer Saugbürste oder einer anderen Vorrichtung zur Reinigung der Teppiche, Beläge, Polsterungen und anderen Vertäfelungsflächen aus fadenartigen Stoffen .
  • Es sind aus der latentschriften der Schweiz und Zichtensteins Nr. Nr. 524351, 583541, 625117, 627637, Frankreichs Nr. 7911949, 8020538 und der BRD Nr. 2220815 Sauger und Saugbürsten mit Fadensammlern bekannt, welche vor und hinter der Saugöffnung der feststehenden Saugplatte angeordnet sind. Die in den oben angegebenen Patentschriftnn beschriebenen Fadensammler haben die Form einer Rinne, innerhalb welcher ein Kamm aus Rosshaar mit einigen Reihen oder ein Einzelreihen-Kann aus Polyäthylen mit senkrecht zu der Saugplatte gerichteten geraden Zähnen angeordnet ist.
  • Es ist auch ein Fadensammler aus der Patentschrift der Schweiz und des Liechtensteins Nr. 626798 bekannt, der aus Bürstenvelour ausgeführt ist und schräg in Richtung der Saugöffnung liegende Fasern aufweist, in der Eintiefung der Gleitfläche, welche eine Schutzkante an der Saugöffnung der Saugplatte aufweist. Der Bürstenvelour besteht aus einer Hischung von 55§% Nylon und 45% Baumwolle mit einem Gewicht von 400 g/m2 und ist auf einem Träger aus Polystyrenband verlegt.
  • Die oben genannten Fadensammler haben den Nachteil, dass bei der Reinigung der Teppiche und ähnlicher Verkleidungen der Staub in das Rosshaar oder auch in den Bürstenvelour eindringt, was eine Notwendigkeit nach sich zieht, die Fadensaumler selbst öfters zu reinigen.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Fadensammler weist keinen der oben genannten Nachteile auf.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Fadensammler besteht aus einer aus einem elastischen Stoff ausgeführten und in den Fadensammler eingeschmolzenen Versteifungsplatte, wobei der Sammler aus thermoplastischen bzw. chemisch härtbaren Elastomeren mit einer härte von 60 + 90° Sb ausgeführt ist. Die äusseren Arbeitsflächen besitzen mindestens einige paralelle Rämme mit sehr elastischen Zähnen, welche unter einem scharfen Winkel in Richtung der Schutzkante des Sammlers geneigt sind, welche eine Höhe aufweist, die die Höhe der Zähne nicht übersteigt. Die Zähne haben die Form von Nadeln mit einem Scheitelwinkel von 10-120 und die Einstellung der Kämme ist gleichläufig oder versetzt um 1/2 bzw. 1/3 der Zahnsteigung. Der Fadensammler hat auf seiner unteren Fläche an einem Ende einen ausgebildeten Vorstand zur Gewährleistung des richtigen Einsatzes des Fadensammlers in die Saugplatte. Die Aufstellung des Fadensammlers mit unter einem scharfen Winkel in Richtung der Arbeitsbewegung, d.h. in Richtung der Saugöffnung des Saugers geneigten Nadeln,und die Kegelform der Nadeln gewährleistet die wirksame Sammlung der Faden, Haare bei der Arbeitsvewegung sowie die Selbstreinigung bei der Rückbewegung.
  • Der Erfindungsgegenstand wird nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert, worin die einzelnen
  • Figuren zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine axonometrische Ansicht des auf der Gleitfläche des Saugers aufgebauten Fadensammlers,
    • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den Sammler,
    • Fig. 3 die Draufsicht des Fadensammlers,
    • Fig. 4 die Vorderansicht des Fadensammlers mit Längs-Teilschnitt, und
    • Fig. 5 Schemen der Nadeleinstellung.
  • Wie das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist, besteht der Fadensammler aus einer in den Fadensammler 2 aus einem Stoff aus thermoplastischen oder chemisch härtbaren Elastomeren eingeschmolzenen, flachen, federnden starren, vorzugsweise metallischen Platte 1. Die äussere Arbeitsfläche des Saumlers weist mindestens einige paralelle Kämme 3 mit sehr elastischen Zähnen 4 auf, die unter einem spitzen Winkel α = 50 bis 70° in Richtung der Schutzkante 5 des Sammlers 2 gegeigt sind. Die Einstellung der Zähne 4_ zueinander kann gleichläufig oder versetzt zueinander um 1/2 oder 1/3 der Steigung der Kammzähne sein. Die Zähne 4 haben die Gestalt der kegelförmigen Nadeln mit einem Scheitelwinkel ß = 10 bis 12°.
  • Der Fadensammler 2 besitzt Endvorstände 6 und die Ablaufkante 7 weist einen scharfen Winkel gegenüber der Stützfläche des Sammlers auf, auf welcher an einem Ende der Anzapfvorstand 8 angeordnet mst, welcher die richtige Lage des Fadensammlers 2 in den Anzapföffnungen 10 der Saugplatte derart gewährleistet, dass die Schutzkante 5 an der längeren kante der Saugöffnung 11 der Saugplatte liegt.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Fadensammler kann an einer oder an beiden Seiten der Saugöffnung des Saugers oder der Saugbürste eingesetzt werden.

Claims (5)

1. Fadensammler eines Saugers oder einer Saugbürste von Vorrichtungen zur Reinigung von Teppichen, textilen Belägen, Polsterungen und anderen Verkleidungsflächen aus faserartigen Stoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus einer flachen federnden, vorzugsweise metallischen starren Platte (1) besteht, welche in einen Fadensammler (2) eingeschmolzen ist, der aus einem Stoff aus thermoplastischen bzw. chemisch härtbaren Elastomeren mit einer Härte von 60 bis 95° Sh ausgeführt ist und dessen Arbeitsfläche mindestens einige parallele Kämme (3) mit sehr elastischen Zähnen (4) aufweist, welche unter einem spitzen Winkel (α) in Richtung der Schutzkante (5) des Fadensammlers geneigt ist.
2. Fadensammler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der spitze Winkel (×) 50° bis 70° beträgt.
3. Fadensammler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Zähne (4) die Gestalt von Nadeln mit einem Scheitelwinkel (ß) von ß = 10 bis 12° aufweisen.

Fadensammler nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzkante (5) eine Höhe aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Höhe der Zähne (4) und auf der unteren Fläche an einem Ende ein Vorstand (8) ausgebildet ist, welcher die richtige Lage des Fadensammlers (2) in den Anzapföffnungen (10) in der Saugplatte (9) gewährleistet, wobei die Schutzkante (5) sich an der längeren Kante der Saugöffnung (11) der Saugplatte befindet.
Fadensammler nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellung der Zähne (4) der Kämme (3) zueinander gleichläufig und/oder versetzt um 1/2 bzw. 1/3 der Steigung der Zähne (4) der Kämme (3) ist.
