Claims (5)

1. Obturateur pour systèmes de transport pneumatique pour le transport de matières en vrac roulables, constitué par une enveloppe incorporée au système de transport et comprenant un conduit de passage des matières et un registre plan qui est orienté transversalement par rapport à ce conduit et monté dans une fente à registre étanche ménagée dans l'enveloppe et qui peut se déplacer, sous l'action de dispositifs de déplacement, à travers la colonne ou le courant de matières dans le conduit de passage des matières, qu'il ferme ou ouvre, l'enveloppe comportant une bague d'étanchéité qui entoure le conduit de passage des matières et peut être poussée par un milieu à pression contre le registre et, de ce fait, rend hermétiquement étanche à la pression le conduit de passage des matières, caractérisé en ce que :
a) le registre plan (2) est rigide et ne prend appui dans l'enveloppe (1) que par son extrémité arrière, mais, par contre, n'est pas supporté à son extrémité avant,
b) le côté de l'enveloppe (1) qui est tourné vers l'extrémité non supportée du registre comporte un espace libre (10) dont le volume est au moins égal au volume des matières poussées dans le conduit de passage (6, 7) des matières par le registre plan (2) au moment de son mouvement de fermeture,
c) l'enveloppe (1) est en deux parties et la contre-surface correspondant au registre plan (2) est constituée par une surface frontale libre (9) de la partie d'enveloppe (3) située du côté arrivée formée par un élargissement de la partie d'enveloppe (4) du côté sortie,
d) la zone de la surface frontale (9) comporte une rainure annulaire (12) dans laquelle s'insère un anneau d'étanchéité gonflable (13).
2. Obturateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'enveloppe (3) du côté arrivée comporte un évidement (11) au niveau de l'extrémité de sortie de son conduit (6) de passage des matières.
3. Obturateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'enveloppe (4) située du côté sortie comporte, sur chacune de ses parois latérales voisines des côtés longitudinaux du registre plan (2), au moins une rigole d'évacuation (19) qui s'ouvre dans son conduit (7) de passage des matières.
4. Obturateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, qui comprend dans son enveloppe (1) une chambre (24) qui assure l'isolation à la pression de la fente à registre (21) vers l'extérieur, caractérisé en ce que la chambre (24) est reliée à une source d'air comprimé dont la pression est supérieure à la pression de l'air dans le conduit (7) de passage des matières dans la partie d'enveloppe (4) située du côté sortie.
5. Obturateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le registre plan (2) comporte à son extrémité avant une arête vive (28) qui, vue de dessus, a une forme en V et, sur chacun de ses deux côtés, une surface de dégagement (29) orientée dans le sens du déplacement et placée à proximité de l'arête coupante (28) en étant décalée dans le sens de la longueur.
