Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zur Einstellung beim Giessen einer Giessform zum kontinierlichen Giessen von Erzeugnissen mit rechteckigem Querschnitt, die zwei zwischen zwei langen Seiten (2, 3) angeordneten kurze Seiten (7) umfasst, sowie in zwei unterschiedlichen, jeweils eine obere und eine untere Höhenlage angeordneten Betätigungsmittel zum Anstellen und Lösen der langen Seiten, die mindestens zwei aus elastischen Stapeln (5) bestehenden oberen (9) bzw. unteren (10) Feststellvorrichtungen auf jedem Niveau aufweisen, denen jeweils eine durch einen Zylinder gebildete obere (6) bzw. untere (11) Entspannungsvorrichtung zugeorndet ist, wobei der Zylinder über einen Steuerungskreis im Sinne der Aufhebung des an den entsprechenden Stapel (5) angelegten Druckes hydraulisch betätigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hydraulische Steuerungskreis zwei getrennte Zweige (13) und (15) zur Versorgung der jeweils auf einer selben Höhe angeordneten oberen (6) bzw. unteren (11) Entspannungszylinder umfasst, und dass jeder Zweig (13) bzw. (15) mit einem getrennten Mittel (16) bzw. (17) zur Einstellung des an diese Zylinder (6) bzw. (11) angelegten Hydraulikdruckes versehen ist, wobei die Aufhebung des durch die oberen Vorrichtungen (9) und die unteren Vorrichtungen (10) bewirkten Druckes über diese getrennte Mittel (16) unterschiedlich eingestellt werden kann.

Einstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zweig des Steuerkreises für die Entspannung nur eine Leitung (13, 15) mit einem Schieber (16, 17) zur Druckeinstellung umfasst, die über Rohrleitungen (12, 14) mit dem entsprechenden Zylinderpaar (6, 11) verbunden ist, wobei die Versorgung der beiden Rohrleiltungen (13) und (15) von einer mit einem Ventil (19) versehenen Leitung (18) aus erfolgt.

Einstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Giessform einen Rahmen (1) aufweist, auf dem die eine lange Seite (2) befestigt ist, wobei die andere lange Seite (3) unter der Anstellungs- und Entspannungswirkung der elastischen Stapel (5) bzw. der Zylinder (6) und (11) beweglich ist.
