Abstract

Ein Türblatt, bestehend aus einem Holzrahmen (1), einer Mittellage (2) und Deckblättern (6) wird in Verbund­ bauweise aus einem Verbund hergestellt, der die Mittellage (2) sowie aufgebrachte Metallschichten (3) umfaßt. Vorzugs­ weise enthält dieser Verbund auch noch aufgebrachte Fur­ nier- oder Hartplatten (4). Dieser Verbund (2, 3, 4) wird unter Einhaltung eines Spalts (5) in den Holzrahmen (1) eingelegt, worauf die Deckblätter (6) gleichzeitig mit dem Holzrahmen (1) und dem Verbund (2, 3, 4) verleimt werden. Das Türblatt weist eine wirkungsvolle Dampfsperre gegen Temperatur- und Feuchtigkeitsunterschiede auf. Die Metallschichten (3) sind von außen nicht sichtbar.
