Description

The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

From DE-GM 75 41 435 it is known to provide a stop element to limit the winding movement of a roller shutter curtain in the last drop bar of the roller shutter curtain, which element comes into contact to limit the winding movement of the roller shutter curtain and thus prevents a further upward movement of the roller shutter curtain.

From DE-PS 21 60 369 a further device for limiting the winding movement of a roller shutter curtain is known, in which according to FIGS. 4 and 5 a preferably resilient formed stop element is provided on the last drop bar of the roller shutter curtain, which comes into engagement with stop cams in the upper end position of the roller shutter curtain, which are formed in the form of punched out inwardly from the guide rail.

The two devices described above limit the winding movement of a roller shutter curtain by reducing the free cross section of the lateral guide rails at one point either by an inlet funnel or by stop cams bent inwards into the guide rail, and this reduction in the free guide cross section by the application of stop elements, which are provided laterally in the lower drop bar, prevents the movement of the roller shutter curtain beyond the upper end position.

If, in the case of roller shutter curtains with the above-described devices for limiting the upward movement, an exchange of individual roller shutter slats is desired, it is necessary for the entire unit and in particular the guide rails to be removed in order to enable the roller shutter curtain to move beyond the upper end position in the roller shutter box, so that the roller shutter curtain can be removed from the roller shutter box to replace the roller shutter slats. As long as the stop elements remain in the last drop bar and the guide rails assume their normal operating position, the roller shutter curtain cannot be moved completely into the roller shutter box from the upper end position and therefore cannot be removed from the roller shutter box for repair purposes.

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which makes it possible in a simple manner that a roller shutter armor with stop elements arranged in the last drop bar can, if necessary, be wound up beyond the upper end position, that is to say completely in the roller shutter box, then to To be able to remove repair purposes from the roller shutter box or at least is available in the roller shutter box for the purpose of a repair.

Further refinements of the invention result from the subclaims.

According to the invention, the stop elements in the last drop bar are provided adjustable, i.e. the stop elements can be rotated from a locked position into a release position and / or can be moved from their normal position representing the limiting function into the drop bar.

In any case, the stop elements are mounted in the last drop bar in such a way that they can be displaced, pivoted or removed from their normal position which ensures the limitation of the upward movement.

Fig. 1 shows a partial sectional view of the last drop bar of a roller shutter curtain corresponding to the section line I-I in Fig.2. The last drop bar or roller shutter bar is designated in FIG. 1 by the reference number 1 and, according to the side view according to FIG. 2, has a plurality of webs, preferably webs 2, 3, and is made of plastic or metal. In the cavity defined between the webs 2, 3, a bearing element 4 is inserted, for example made of metal or plastic, which has a semicircular configuration on its lower end face denoted by 4a and corresponding to the radius of curvature of a bolt 5, namely in such a way that the surface formed thereby on the front edge 4a for the rotatable mounting of the bolt 5 is used. The bolt 5 is part of a stop element designated 6, which has the stop 7 shown in FIG. 2. The bolt 5 and / or the stop 7 are made of metal or plastic. The choice of material is determined according to the respective requirements for the stability of the stop element, the entire stop element 6 preferably being made of metal, while the bearing element 4 is not necessarily made of metal, but can also be made of plastic.

Roller shutter curtains are generally guided on both sides in guide rails 8, as is indicated in FIG. 1 with regard to the left side of the drop bar 1. The U-shaped guide rail 8 is indicated in Fig. 1 in a partial sectional view. 1 that both the stop 7 and part of the drop rod and the other roller shutter rods lie within the associated guide rails and at a position of the guide rail 8 corresponding to the upper end position of the roller shutter curtain a counter element is provided as a limitation for the stop 7 is, as already explained with reference to DE-GM 75 41 435 and DE-PS 21 60 369.

The stop 7 in the position shown in FIG. 2 has a length 1 which is greater than the thickness of the drop bar 1. The with 9 designated, formed in the upper end of the guide rails 3 limiting elements are provided in the path of movement of the stop element 7 such that the upper edges of the stops 7, designated 7a and 7b, come into contact with the limiting elements 9 in the upper end position of the roller shutter curtain when the roller shutter curtain is pulled up along the guide rails 8. The embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is used when the delimiting elements, indicated in FIG. 1 by reference number 9, are formed in the region of the legs of the U-shaped guide rail and thus act on the edges 7a, 7b of the stop 7 when the roller shutter is pulled up. The same applies if, according to DE-GM 7541435, an inlet funnel is provided which brings about a reduction in the free cross section in the upper end region of the guide rail 8, the stop edges 7a, 7b then abutting the inlet funnel. 3a illustrates the drop rod 1 in its upper end position, the stop 7 abutting the limiting elements 9.

According to the invention, the stop element 6 is rotatably mounted in or on the bearing element 4. The bolt 5 is provided with at least two bores perpendicular to one another, one of which is denoted by 11 in FIG. 1 and the other by 12. The bore 11 serves to receive a split pin 13 or the like. When the cotter pin 13 is inserted into the bore 11, it prevents the bolt 5 from rotating with respect to the bearing element 11 and thus also with respect to the drop bar 1, so that the stop element 6 is locked with the stop 7 in the transverse position shown in FIG. 2. In this way, according to FIG. 3a, the movement of the roller shutter curtain is ensured by the limiting elements 9 in the guide rail 8 when the upper end position is reached. If the cotter pin 13 is removed from the bolt and thus from the drop bar 1, the stop element 6 can be rotated by at least 90 into the rotational position shown in FIG. 3b, that of the sectional view in FIG. 5 reproduced view corresponds. Since the stop 7 has approximately the same width b as the depth of the drop rod 1, after the stop element 6 has been rotated from the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 3a by 90 °, the drop rod 1 can move upward past the limiting elements 9 according to FIG. 3b are, the entire roller shutter that can be completely in an unillustrated R involve olladenkasten. The rotation of the stop element 6 is preferably carried out by means of the cotter pin 13, in that the cotter pin 13 is completely pulled out of the bore 11 of the bolt 5 and into the second bore 12 from below with the leg 13 a for rotating the bolt 5 over approximately 90 ° within the Slot 14 is inserted.

The slot 14 is milled from below into the drop rod over a height h, so that the slot extends from the lower edge of the drop rod to approximately the end edge 4a of the bearing element 4.

If the cotter pin 13 is inserted into the bore 11 when the pivot position of the bolt and stop element 6 according to FIG. 1 is taken and thus the cotter pin 13 assumes the position indicated in FIG. 4 relative to the bolt 5, the stop element 6 is displaced from the drop rod and the bearing part 4 prevents thereby that the split pin 13 rests on the slot walls. Fig. 6 shows a sectional view along the line I-I (Fig.2) corresponding to Fig. 5, wherein the stop element 6 is not shown and from which it follows that the slot 4 passes through the outer wall of the drop bar 1 in the lower region of the drop bar.

The bearing element 4 according to FIGS. 1 to 6 extends from the left edge of the drop bar 1 in FIG. 1 only over part of the entire drop bar width into the drop bar and serves to delimit a cavity 10 with respect to the lower web 3 for receiving the bolt 5. The bearing element 4 is designed according to a further embodiment such that it fills the entire cavity 28 in the drop rod 1 between the web 2 and the web 3, thus no 'cylindrical cavity 10 for receiving the bolt 5 relative to the web 3, but defined between the web 2 and 3 is formed with a cylindrical bore for receiving the bolt 5, in which case the slot 14 is not only milled through the drop bar 1, but also in register with the slot 14 of the drop bar in the bearing element 4 over a certain height is formed upward from the web 3 in order to enable the rotation of the bolt 5 by means of a split pin 13 or the like. The tolerance of the bore or of the cavity for receiving the bolt 5 is expediently chosen such that the bolt 5 can only be rotated into the position shown in FIG. 3b by overcoming a frictional force and remains in this position due to the existing frictional forces, so that an unintentional one Further rotation or backward rotation of the stop element 6 from the position shown in FIG. 3b into an inclined position or the position shown in FIG. 3a is excluded. Furthermore, a locking device, for example a central bore 11 ′ parallel to the bore or recess 11 provided in the peripheral region of the bolt 5, can be provided, which after rotation through 90 ° out of the position shown in FIG. 10 and FIG Escape ; can be brought to a further bore 15 in the bearing element 4 (FIG. 5) and enables the stop element 6 to be locked relative to the bearing element 4 in the rotational position according to FIGS. 3b and 5 by means of a split pin or the like. The bore 11 can also be formed as a recess of the bolt 5 for pushing the leg 13a of the split pin 13. According to a further embodiment, which is shown in FIG. 8, a screw, for example a grub screw 18, locks the bolt 5 and thus the stop element 6 in FIGS. 1 and 2 corresponding rotational position of the stop element 6 in that the screw 18th is screwed through the outer wall 19 into a thread 20 formed in the bolt 5. After execution of a rotation of the bolt 5 by 90 0, a second threaded bore 21, which is a transverse bore to the threaded bore 20, is aligned with the opening 22 formed in the outer wall 19, so that after screwing in the screw 18 the stop element in FIG. 3b corresponds Location is fixed. The lock 8 and 9 is achieved in that the screw 18 is arranged in the drop rod 1 in such a way that it is in the bolt 5 and the associated opening 22 of the outer wall 19 sits. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, there is therefore no need for a bearing element 4 according to the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the bolt 5 resting on the web 3 and at least on a web section 3 ′ at its end containing the threaded bores 20, 21 , wherein the web section 3 'on the left edge of the drop bar 1 is fixed by an opening or recess 23. The stop element 6 thus lies securely on the web or web section 3 or 3 ′ when the roller shutter curtain is moved upwards against the delimitation element or elements 9.

If the width b of the stop 7 is selected to be somewhat smaller than the thickness of the drop rod or the inside clear width of the cavity 28 formed by the walls of the drop rod, the dimensions of the opening 23 also corresponding to the clear width of the drop rod, the whole can Stop element 6, if necessary, after loosening the screw 18 and slight movement into the guide rail 8, with one end 5a first being removed from the drop rod through the opening 23.

Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist somit vor einer Herausnahme des Anschlagelementes 6 eine Drehung um 90° erforderlich, damit das Anschlagelement 6 mit dem Anschlag 7 in den Hohlraum 28 hineingezogen werden kann, bevor das Anschlagelement 6 über die öffnung 23 vollständig aus dem Fallstab 1 entfernt wird.FIG. 11 shows a further embodiment of the invention, in which the bolt 5 is of substantially shorter design than in the embodiment according to FIG. 8 or 10 and the drop rod has an opening 23 on its lower end face, as described in connection with FIG. 8 is. The bolt 5 is fixed by means of a screw 18 in the position according to FIG. 3a and secured against displacement, preferably also by a second screw 25, the web section 3 'being sufficient for mounting the bolt 5 and the two screws 18 and 25 additionally one Ensure storage of the bolt 5 between the outer wall 19 and an inner wall 24 of the drop rod. In addition, is a Slot 14 provided, as explained above in connection with FIG. 5. After removing the screws 18, 25, which thus hold the pin in relation to the two walls 19, 24 of the drop rod, the stop element 6 can be rotated through 90 ° with the aid of a transverse bore 27 designed as a thread for the screw 25 and then via the opening 23 through the cavity 28 formed between the webs 2 and 3 from the drop bar. In this embodiment, a rotation through 90 ° is thus required before the stop element 6 is removed, so that the stop element 6 with the stop 7 can be drawn into the cavity 28 before the stop element 6 is completely removed from the drop bar 1 via the opening 23.

In the embodiments described above, it is provided that the limiting element or the limiting elements 9 are provided on the legs of the guide rails 8. Obviously, the delimiting elements 9 or a corresponding design of an inlet funnel can be designed such that the delimiting section protrudes from the base of the U-shaped guide rail 8, ie protrudes centrally into the space between the base of the guide rail 8 and the side edge of the drop bar 1, as is the case here is shown in Fig. 12. In this case, a rotation of the stop 7 would not result in a movement of the roller shutter curtain beyond the limiting element 9 'in FIG. 11. 13 shows a corresponding possibility of the limiting element 9 'in the base part of the guide rail 8 corresponding to FIG. 12. With such a configuration of the limiting elements 9', the stop 7 must be removed from the drop bar 1, for example by the stop element 6 according to FIG. 7 is pivotally supported by a screw or rivet 30 and a second screw 31 fixes the stop element 6 in the position shown in broken lines in FIG. 13. After the screws 31 have been removed, the stop element 6 can be shifted into the fully excellent position, ie by approximately 90 ° into the cavity 28. In the Position shown in dashed lines lies the stop element 6 on the web portion 3 ', as explained above. In the embodiment according to FIG. 13, as already described above, it is necessary for the stop 7 to be dimensioned approximately s smaller than the cavity 28 so that the stop 7 can be pivoted into the cavity 28. A rotation about the axis of the bolt 5 is not necessary in the embodiment according to FIG. 13.

Fig. 14 shows a further embodiment for receiving the stop element 6. Here, the bolt 5 is provided with two circumferentially extending recesses 35, 36, against which a locking device 38 biased by a spring 37, e.g. in the form of a small ball. In this position, the stop element 6 is completely pushed into the drop rod 1. In order to achieve this displacement of the stop element 6 in FIG. 14 to the right, the drop rod is provided on its underside with a longitudinal slot 16, through which the like or the like by means of a screwdriver. the bolt 5 is gripped at a slot 39 and can be displaced accordingly. If the latching element 33 is in engagement with the recess 36, the stop 7 protrudes from the drop bar. When the locking element 38 is in engagement with the recess 35, the stop 7 is located within the drop bar and in this state the roller shutter curtain can be moved upwards into the roller shutter box via the limiting elements 9 in the guide rail 8. Otherwise, the bolt is mounted in the drop bar 1 as described in FIG. 1.

Ein Hohlraum 28a dient zur Aufnahme des Anschlages 7 (Fig. 15).FIG. 15 shows a further embodiment in which a stop with a shape is provided compared to FIG. 14, as explained above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. According to FIG. 15, the bearing element 4 has an approximately centrally arranged bore for receiving the bolt 5, which is not further designated. The bolt 5 is provided with two circumferentially extending recesses 35, 36 for the purpose described in FIG. 14. Furthermore, a latching device 38 is arranged in the bearing element 4. The stop 7 is shown in Fig. 15 in the retracted, i.e. Shown in the drop rod 1 in the position shown, the locking element 38 acts on the recess 35 of the bolt. In order to shift the stop element 6 out of the drop rod 1 in such a way that the stop 7 can become effective with respect to the fastening elements 9, the bolt 5 is turned to the left in FIG. 15 by means of a screwdriver or the like via an opening 40 formed in the outer wall 19 shifted until the locking element 38 comes into engagement with the circumferential recess 36. Then the bolt or the stop element 6 is rotated through 90 ° via a slot 14 and with the aid of a bore 41 in the bolt 5, so that the stop 7 from the position corresponding to FIG. 3b reaches the rotational position shown in FIG. 3a. The opening 40 in the outer wall 19 of the drop rod can be closed by a cover 43, for example made of plastic, so that the appearance of the drop rod 1 is not impaired due to the requirement of the opening 40. A cavity 28a serves to receive the stop 7 (FIG. 15).

In the position shown in FIG. 17, the stop element 6 can be locked relative to the slot 14 by means of a pin (not shown further), the stop 7 taking the position shown in FIG. 3b and in is arranged within the drop rod, ie does not protrude laterally from the drop rod. The bolt 5 is provided with a groove 45 which can be engaged by means of a screwdriver or the like in order to move the stop element 6 out of the drop bar 1 from the position shown in FIG. 17. With its walls 46a and 46b, the opening 46 formed in the bearing element 4 defines the size of the possible lateral displacement of the bolt 5. When the recess 45 is aligned with the wall 46a of the bearing element 4, the stop element has reached its end position in which the stop is made the drop stick 1 protrudes; in this position, the bolt 5 can be rotated through a bore 47 with the aid of a split pin or the like, by inserting the split pin into the transverse bore 47 through the slot 14 and rotating the bolt 5 until the stop 7 reaches the transverse position shown in FIG. 3a Has.

In the drop rod 1, an essentially T-shaped element is used as a stop element 6 'in side view, as shown in FIG. 19, the T section being provided at the bottom. The stop element 6 'is fixed with respect to the walls by means of one or two screws, as can be seen from FIG. 19, in which the screws are indicated by lines 50 and 51. The drop rod 1 is to be provided on its lower side edges with cutouts, which are indicated in FIG. 20 by the reference symbol 52 and through which the stop element 6 'can be displaced into the drop rod and into its cavity 28 from bottom to top until the stop element abuts web 2. To remove such a stop element 6 ', only the screws 50, 51 have to be loosened, so that the stop element 6 downwards from the drop bar 1 It can be pulled out and thus allows the roller shutter curtain to move beyond the limiting element 9. The stop element 6 'described with reference to FIGS. 18 and 19 has a larger width with respect to its T section 53 than the thickness of the drop bar 1, so that the surfaces designated 53a and 53b in the area already referred to with reference to FIG 3a come into contact with the limiting elements 9 when the roller shutter curtain is pulled upwards.

From the above description it can be seen that the access for adjusting the stop elements or for removing the stop element according to FIGS. 18 to 20 must be in the area of the drop bar which is guided outside the guide rails 8.
