Description

The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claims 1, 7 or 8.

A device of the type mentioned is known from DE-C-225 170. With this device, the roller shutter curtain can be locked in the lowered state; in the raised state, raising the roller shutter curtain is avoided by the stop elements engaging in a cutout in the guide rail, so that the last drop bar of the roller shutter curtain cannot be predicted beyond an uppermost position in the direction of the roller shutter box. The stop elements engaging in the recesses in the lateral guide rails act as stop elements for ending the movement of the roller shutter curtain.

Das Profilschamier ist bei dieser Vorrichtung außerhalb der seitlichen Führungsschiene angeordnet und findet seinen Gegenanschlag an der Unterkante des Rolladenkastens.DE-U-70 15 861 discloses a device for limiting the winding movement of a roller shutter curtain as known, in which a bearing formed in the last drop bar accommodates a profile hinge. The profiled hinge is inserted from the side into the last drop bar and is stored in the bearing formed in the drop bar in such a way that it is in a position parallel to the wall from a position in which it is pivoted by 90 ° relative to the wall of the drop rod can be pivoted. In the locked position, the profile hinge protrudes forward over the front wall of the drop bar. In this device, the profiled hinge is arranged outside the side guide rail and finds its counter-stop on the lower edge of the roller shutter box.

This device has a bearing device to be inserted in the last drop rod, with a receiving sleeve for a spring rod, which is formed transversely to the axis of the drop rod, to the lower end of which a stop part is fastened, while above the bearing element it has a spring surrounding the spring rod. An abutment formed at the upper end of the spring bar serves to limit the spring surrounding the spring bar. The bearing element is provided for receiving the stop part with a lateral lower recess in which the stop part comes to rest in the locked position. The stop part placed on the lower end of the spring bar has a substantially T-shaped shape and, together with the spring bar, is rotatable relative to the bearing element when it is pulled downward over the recess relative to the bearing element. The stop part is thus in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the last drop bar downwards, i.e. Can be moved downwards in the direction of travel of the roller shutter curtain relative to the last drop bar and rotatable in a plane that is approximately parallel to the last drop bar.

The invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, with which it is possible in a simple manner to wind up the roller shutter armor in a simple manner if necessary beyond the upper end position, that is, completely in the roller shutter box.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claims 1, 7 or 8.

Weitere Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.Further configurations result from the subclaims.

The complete winding of the roller shutter curtain in the roller shutter box makes it possible to remove the complete roller shutter curtain from the roller shutter box for repair purposes or at least to make it available in the roller shutter box for repair purposes.

In one embodiment, the stop elements are rotatably mounted about the axis of the bolt, the bolt axis in turn lying parallel to the last drop bar. Fig. 1 shows a partial sectional view of the last drop bar of a roller shutter curtain corresponding to section line II in Fig. 2. The last drop bar or roller shutter bar is designated by the reference numeral 1 in Fig. 1 and has several webs, preferably webs, according to the side view of Fig. 2 2, 3, and is made of plastic or metal. In the cavity defined between the webs 2, 3, a bearing element 4 is used, for example made of metal or plastic, which has a semicircular configuration on its lower end face denoted by 4a and corresponding to the radius of curvature of a bolt 5, namely in such a way that the surface formed thereby on the front edge 4a for the rotatable mounting of the bolt 5 is used. The bolt 5 is part of a stop element designated 6, which has the stop 7 shown in FIG. 2. The bolt 5 and / or the stop 7 are made of metal or plastic. The choice of material is determined according to the respective requirements for the stability of the stop element, the entire stop element 6 preferably being made of metal, while the bearing element 4 is not necessarily made of metal, but can also be made of plastic.

Roller shutter curtains are generally guided on both sides in guide rails 8, as is indicated in FIG. 1 with regard to the left side of the drop bar 1. The U-shaped guide rail 8 is indicated in Fig. 1 in a partial sectional view. 1 that both the stop 7 and part of the drop rod and the other roller shutter rods lie within the associated guide rails and a counter element is provided as a limit for the stop 7 at a position on the guide rail 8 corresponding to the upper end position of the roller shutter curtain is.

Fig. 3a veranschaulicht den Fallstab 1 in seiner oberen Endstellung, wobei der Anschlag 7 an den Begrenzungselementen 9 anliegtThe stop 7 in the position shown in Fig. 2 has a length 1, which is greater than the strength of the drop rod 1. The designated 9, with the upper end of the guide rails 8 formed limiting elements are provided in the path of movement of the stop element 7 that the 7a and 7b refer to the upper edges of the stops 7 in the upper end position of the roller shutter curtain against the limiting elements 9 when the roller shutter curtain is pulled upwards along the guide rails 8. The embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is used when the delimiting elements, indicated by reference number 9 in FIG. 1, are formed in the region of the legs of the U-shaped guide rail and thus act on the edges 7a, 7b of the stop 7 when the roller shutter curtain is pulled up. The same applies if, according to DE-GM 7541435, an inlet funnel is provided which brings about a reduction in the free cross section in the upper end region of the guide rail 8, the stop edges 7a, 7b then abutting the inlet funnel. 3a illustrates the drop rod 1 in its upper end position, the stop 7 abutting the limiting elements 9

According to the invention, the stop element 6 is rotatably mounted in or on the bearing element 4. The bolt 5 is provided with at least two bores perpendicular to one another, one of which is denoted by 11 in FIG. 1 and the other by 12. The bore 11 serves to receive a split pin 13 or the like. When the cotter pin 13 is inserted into the bore 11, it prevents the bolt 5 from rotating with respect to the bearing element 11 and thus also with respect to the drop bar 1, so that the stop element 6 is locked with the stop 7 in the transverse position shown in FIG. 2. In this way, according to FIG. 3a, the movement of the roller shutter curtain is ensured by the limiting elements 9 in the guide rail 8 when the upper end position is reached. If the cotter pin 13 is removed from the bolt and thus from the drop rod 1, the stop element 6 can be rotated by at least 90 ° into the rotational position shown in FIG. 3b, which corresponds to the view shown in section in FIG. 5. Since the stop 7 has approximately the same width b as the depth of the drop rod 1, after the stop element 6 has been rotated from the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 3a by 90 °, the drop rod 1 can move upward past the limiting elements 9 according to FIG. 3b become, ie the entire roller shutter curtain can be pulled completely into a roller shutter box, not shown. The rotation of the stop element 6 is preferably carried out by means of the split pin 13, in that the split pin 13 is completely pulled out of the bore 11 of the bolt 5 and into the second bore 12 from below with the leg 13 a for rotating the bolt 5 over approximately 90 ° within the slot 14 is inserted.

The slot 14 is in from a height h from below milled the drop rod so that the slot extends from the lower edge of the drop rod to approximately the front edge 4a of the bearing element 4.

Fig. 6 zeigt eine Schnittansicht entlang der Linie 1-I (Fig. 2) entsprechend Fig. 5, wobei das Anschlagelement 6 nicht dargestellt ist und woraus hervorgeht, daß der Schlitz 4 die Außenwand des Fallstabes 1 im unteren Bereich des Fallstabes durchsetztIf the cotter pin 13 is inserted into the bore 11 when the pin and stop element 3 in accordance with FIG. 1 are taken up, and thus the cotter pin 13 assumes the position indicated in FIG. 4 relative to the pin 5, the stop element 6 is displaced from the drop rod and the bearing part 4 prevents thereby that the split pin 13 rests on the slot walls. Fig. 6 shows a sectional view along the line 1-I (Fig. 2) corresponding to Fig. 5, wherein the stop element 6 is not shown and from which it can be seen that the slot 4 penetrates the outer wall of the drop bar 1 in the lower region of the drop bar

The bearing element 4 according to FIGS. 1 to 6 extends from the left edge of the drop bar 1 in FIG. 1 only over part of the entire drop bar width into the drop bar and serves to delimit a cavity 10 with respect to the lower web 3 for receiving the bolt 5. The bearing element 4 is designed according to a further embodiment such that it fills the entire cavity 28 in the drop bar 1 between the web 2 and the web 3, thus not defining a cylindrical cavity 10 for receiving the bolt 5 relative to the web 3, but between the web 2 and 3 is formed with a cylindrical bore for receiving the bolt 5, in which case the slot 14 is not only milled through the drop bar 1, but also in register with the slot 14 of the drop bar in the bearing element 4 over a certain height from Web 3 is formed upwards to enable the rotation of the bolt 5 by means of a split pin 13 or the like. The tolerance of the bore or of the cavity for receiving the bolt 5 is expediently chosen such that the bolt 5 can only be rotated while overcoming a frictional force into the position shown in FIG. 3b and remains in this position due to the existing frictional forces, so that an unintentional one Further rotation or backward rotation of the stop element 6 from the position shown in FIG. 3b into an inclined position or the position shown in FIG. 3a is excluded. Furthermore, a locking device, for. For example, a central bore 11 ′ parallel to the bore or recess 11 provided in the peripheral region of the bolt 5 may be provided, which after rotation through 90 ° from the position shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 1 is in alignment with another Bore 15 in the bearing element 4 (FIG. 5) can be brought in and enables the stop element 6 to be locked relative to the bearing element 4 in the rotational position according to FIGS. 3b and 5 by means of a split pin or the like. The bore 11 can also be formed as a depression of the bolt 5 for pushing the leg 13a of the split pin 13.

According to a further embodiment, which is shown in FIG. 8, a screw, for example a grub screw 18, locks the bolt 5 and thus the stop element 6 in FIGS. 1 and 2 corresponding rotational position of the stop element 6 in that the screw 18th is screwed through the outer wall 19 into a thread 20 formed in the bolt 5. After rotating the bolt 5 by 90 °, a second threaded bore 21, which is a transverse bore to the threaded bore 20, is aligned with the opening 22 formed in the outer wall 19, so that after screwing in the screw 18 the stop element in FIG. 3b corresponds Location is fixed. The locking or fixing of the bolt 5 in its two possible positions is achieved in the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9 in that the screw 18 is arranged in the drop bar 1 such that it is in the bolt 5 and the associated opening 22 of the outer Wall 19 sits. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, there is therefore no need for a bearing element 4 according to the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the bolt 5 resting on the web 3 and at least on a web section 3 ′ at its end containing the threaded bores 20, 21 , wherein the web section 3 'on the left edge of the drop bar 1 is fixed by an opening or recess 23. The stop element 6 thus lies securely on the web or web section 3 or 3 ′ when the roller shutter curtain is moved upwards against the delimitation element or elements 9.

If the width b of the stop 7 is selected to be somewhat smaller than the thickness of the drop rod or the inside clear width of the cavity 28 formed by the walls of the drop rod, the dimensions of the opening 23 also corresponding to the clear width of the drop rod, the entire stop element can 6 in case of need after loosening the screw 18 and slight movement into the guide rail 8 with one end 5a first be removed from the drop rod through the opening 23.

Bei dieser Ausführungsform ist somit vor einer Herausnahme des Anschlagelementes 6 eine Drehung um 90° erforderlich, damit das Anschlagelement 6 mit dem Anschlag 7 in den Hohlraum 28 hineingezogen werden kann, bevor das Anschlagelement 6 über die Öffnung 23 vollständig aus dem Fallstab 1 entfernt wird.FIG. 11 shows a further embodiment of the invention, in which the bolt 5 is substantially shorter than in the embodiment according to FIG. 8 or 10 and the drop rod has an opening 23 on its lower end face, as described in connection with FIG. 8 is. The bolt 5 is fixed by means of a screw 18 in the position according to FIG. 3a and secured against displacement, preferably also by a second screw 25, the web section 3 'being sufficient for mounting the bolt 5 and the two screws 18 and 25 additionally ensure storage of the bolt 5 between the outer wall 19 and an inner wall 24 of the drop rod. A slot 14 is also provided, as explained above in connection with FIG. 5. After removing the screw ben 18, 25, which thus hold the pin relative to the two walls 19, 24 of the drop rod, the stop element 6 can be turned by 90 ° with the aid of a transverse bore 27 designed for the screw 25 and then through the opening 23 through the between remove the webs 2 and 3 formed cavity 28 from the drop bar. In this embodiment, a rotation through 90 ° is thus required before the stop element 6 is removed so that the stop element 6 with the stop 7 can be drawn into the cavity 28 before the stop element 6 is completely removed from the drop bar 1 via the opening 23.

In the embodiments described above, it is provided that the limiting element or the limiting element 9 are provided on the legs of the guide rails 8. Obviously, the delimiting elements 9 or a corresponding design of an inlet funnel can be designed such that the delimiting section protrudes from the base of the U-shaped guide rail 8, i. H. protrudes centrally into the space between the base of the guide rail 8 and the side edge of the drop bar 1, as shown in FIG. 12. In this case, a rotation of the stop 7 would not have the effect that a movement of the roller shutter curtain beyond the limiting element 9 'in FIG. 11 is possible. FIG. 13 shows a corresponding possibility of the limiting element 9 'in the base part of the guide rail 8 corresponding to FIG. 12. With such a configuration of the limiting elements 9', the stop 7 must be removed from the guide rail 8, e.g. B. in that the stop element 6 is pivotally mounted via a screw or rivet 30 according to FIG. 7 and a second screw 31 fixes the stop element 6 in the position shown in broken lines in FIG. 13. After removing the screws 31, the stop element 6 can be in the fully excellent position, i.e. H. shift by about 90 ° into the cavity 28. In the position shown in dashed lines, the stop element 6 rests on the web section 3 ', as explained above. In the embodiment according to FIG. 13, as already described above, it is necessary for the stop 7 to be dimensioned approximately s smaller than the cavity 28 so that the stop 7 can be pivoted into the cavity 28. A rotation about the axis of the bolt 5 is not necessary in the embodiment according to FIG. 13.

Fig. 14 shows a further embodiment for receiving the stop element 6. Here, the bolt 5 is provided with two circumferentially extending recesses 35, 36, against which a locking device 38, z. B. in the form of a small ball. According to the above-described embodiments, a slot 14 is milled from the lower edge of the drop rod 1, through which a screwdriver or the like can be used to act on the bolt 5 in order to carry out a rotation through 90 ° in order to remove the stop element from that shown in FIG. 14 shown position, in which the latching element 38 acts on the recess 36, the drop bar can be shifted to the right according to FIG. 14, so that the latching element 38 acts on the second recess 35. In this position, the stop element 6 is completely pushed into the drop bar 1. In order to achieve this displacement of the stop element 6 to the right in FIG. 14, the drop rod is provided on its underside with a longitudinal slot 16, through which the bolt 5 is gripped at a slot 39 by means of a screwdriver or the like and can be displaced accordingly. If the locking element 38 is in engagement with the recess 36, the stop 7 protrudes from the drop rod. When the locking element 38 is in engagement with the recess 35, the stop 7 is located within the drop bar and in this state the roller shutter curtain can be moved upwards into the roller shutter box via the limiting elements 9 in the guide rail 8. Otherwise, the bolt is mounted in the drop bar 1 as described in FIG. 1.

Ein Hohlraum 28a dient zur Aufnahme des Anschlages 7 (Fig. 15).FIG. 15 shows a further embodiment in which a stop with a shape is provided compared to FIG. 14, as has been explained above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. 15 has an approximately centrally arranged bore for receiving the bolt 5, which is not further designated. The bolt 5 is provided with two circumferentially extending recesses 35, 36 for the purpose described in FIG. 14. Furthermore, a latching device 38 is arranged in the bearing element 4. The stop 7 is shown in FIG. 15 in the retracted position, ie the position shifted into the drop bar 1, the latching element 38 acting on the recess 35 of the bolt. In order to move the stop element 6 out of the drop rod 1 in such a way that the stop 7 can become effective with respect to the fastening elements, the bolt 5 is displaced to the left in FIG. 15 by means of a screwdriver or the like via an opening 40 formed in the outer wall 19 until the locking element 38 comes into engagement with the circumferential recess 36. Then the bolt or the stop element 6 is rotated through 90 ° via a slot 14 and with the aid of a bore 41 in the bolt 5, so that the stop 7 from the position corresponding to FIG. 3b reaches the rotational position shown in FIG. 3a. The opening 40 in the outer wall 19 of the drop rod can be closed by a cover 43, for example made of plastic, so that the appearance of the drop rod 1 is not impaired due to the requirement of the opening 40. A cavity 28a serves to receive the stop 7 (FIG. 15).

Fig. 17 shows a representation corresponding to Fig. 15; development of the device in which the stop element 6 is rotatable and is also displaceable relative to the bearing element 4. In the position shown in FIG. 17, the stop element 6 can be locked with respect to the slot 14 by means of a pin (not shown in further detail), the stop 7 taking the position shown in FIG. 3b and being arranged within the drop rod, i. H. does not protrude laterally from the drop rod The bolt 5 is provided with a groove 45 which can be engaged by means of a screwdriver or the like in order to move the stop element 6 out of the drop bar 1 from the position shown in FIG. 17. The opening 46 formed in the bearing element 4 defines with its walls 46a and 46b the size of the possible lateral displacement of the bolt 5. When the recess 45 comes into alignment with the wall 46a of the bearing element 4, the stop element has reached its end position in which the stop from the drop bar 1 protrudes; in this position, the bolt 5 can be rotated through a bore 47 with the aid of a split pin or the like, by inserting the split pin into the transverse bore 47 through the slot 14 and rotating the bolt 5 until the stop 7 reaches the transverse position shown in FIG. 3a Has.

In the drop rod 1, an essentially T-shaped element is used as a stop element 6 'in side view, as shown in FIG. 19, the T section being provided at the bottom. The stop element 6 'is fixed with respect to the walls by means of one or two screws, as can be seen from FIG. 19, in which the screws are indicated by lines 50 and 51. The drop rod 1 is to be provided on its lower side edges with cutouts, which are indicated in FIG. 20 by the reference symbol 52 and through which the stop element 6 'can be displaced into the drop rod and into its cavity 28 from bottom to top until the stop element abuts web 2. To remove such a stop element 6 ', only the screws 50, 51 have to be loosened, so that the stop element 6 can be pulled down out of the drop bar 1 and thus allows the roller shutter curtain to move beyond the limiting element 9, with reference to FIG. 18 and the stop element 6 'described in relation to its T-section 53 has a greater width than the thickness of the drop rod 1, so that the surfaces designated 53a and 53b with the limiting elements 9 in the manner already described with reference to FIG. 3a come into contact when the roller shutter curtain is pulled up.

From the above description it can be seen that the access for adjusting the stop elements or for removing the stop element according to FIGS. 18 to 20 must be in the area of the drop rod which is guided outside the guide rails 8.

The invention provides a device for limiting the winding movement of a roller shutter curtain. According to one embodiment, it is provided that each stop element is rotatably mounted in the lower part of the drop rod or roller shutter rod and is fixed in at least one rotational position by a locking means. According to a further embodiment, the stop element can be removed from the drop rod after a rotation has been carried out. In a further embodiment, the stop element is pivotally mounted in the drop bar. According to a further embodiment, the stop element is slidably mounted in the drop rod between at least two positions. According to a further embodiment, the stop element can be removed from an opening formed laterally on the lower edge of the drop rod after loosening of fastening means. In this way it is ensured that the roller shutter curtain can be inserted or wound into the roller shutter box beyond its normally upper end position by appropriate displacement or removal of the stop elements, in order then to be treated or processed for repair purposes.
