Definitions

  • the invention relates to an espagnolette lock with a lock cylinder, which is encompassed by a toothed ring, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the change lever In a known configuration on the market, the change lever is in a slot / pin connection with a slide bolt that can be displaced transversely to the drive rods.
  • the change lever When connecting the espagnolette lock and the resulting displacement of the slide bolt and the espagnolette, the change lever is accordingly taken in the direction of the faceplate.
  • the change lever therefore requires a large amount of freedom of movement, which results in a large backset for such espagnolette locks.
  • the use of such espagnolette locks in tubular frame doors with tubular frames of small dimensions is therefore ruled out.
  • the object of the invention is based on the task of designing an espagnolette lock of the type required so that a small backset is achieved.
  • a generic drive rod lock is specified, which is characterized by a small backset.
  • This enables the use of such espagnolette locks even in tubular frame doors with small tubular frame dimensions.
  • the change lever is only displaced to such an extent that the end of the change lever which interacts with the control shoulder of the ring gear roughly affects the ring gear. This already occurs after closing the first tour, so that a confirmation of change is excluded. If the second tour is possibly closed, the change lever then remains in this position, so that only a small freedom of movement is required for the change lever, which leads to the aforementioned small backset.
  • the change lever is controlled via the rocker arm, which in turn is acted upon by the control cams located on the connecting rod connecting slide. If the control cam hits the rocker, the other control cam is ineffective. Therefore, a slight longitudinal displacement of the connecting rod connecting slide is sufficient to pivot the rocker arm and thus bring the change lever into a release position. The further displacement of the connecting rod connecting slide then no longer exerts any influence on the rocker and thus on the change lever.
  • a multiple function of existing components is realized in that the part of the two-part change lever comprising the nut is supported on the stud of a block arranged in the lock housing, in which the nut return spring is arranged, which is arranged via a slide mounted in the block on a below the change lever part Shoulder the nut attacks.
  • the rocker is T-shaped with the formation of a bearing arm and a control arm, which forms the control surfaces facing the control cam.
  • control arm is grooved on its side facing the connecting rod connecting slide.
  • the espagnolette lock which is particularly suitable for tubular frame doors, has a lock base 1 with a cuff plate 2 attached to it and at right angles to it.
  • a lock cover 3 extends parallel to the lock base 1 and covers the lock set-up.
  • the faceplate 2 is in its upper area trapped by a trap 4.
  • the latter is composed of a latch head 4 'and a latch tail 4 "which is guided in the lock case housing and on which the latch spring 6 carried by a standing pin 5 engages 7 is under the action of a nut return spring 9.
  • the latter is accommodated in a block 10 which is fastened in the lock housing below the nut 7.
  • the nut return spring 9 loads a slide 11 which is displaceably guided in this block 10 and which engages the nut 7 on a radially directed shoulder 12.
  • the nut 7 receives its limit stop by a further nut arm 13 which is supported on the block 10.
  • the connecting rod connecting slide 14 forms on its side opposite the face plate 2 a toothed rack 19 which is in engagement with the teeth of a double wheel 20.
  • the double wheel 20 meshes with a further double wheel 21 which receives its rotation from the double wheel 22.
  • the journals of the double wheels 20, 21, 22 are fastened in the lock case housing and bear the reference numerals 23, 24 and 25.
  • the larger gear of the double gear 22 meshes with two driven gear wheels 26, 27 which are rotatable about the bearing case on the lock case, which in turn are in meshing engagement with a ring gear 28 stand.
  • the latter forms a gap 29 open towards the edge for the entry of the locking bit 30 of a locking cylinder 31.
  • the width of the gap 29 is adapted to the width of the profile locking cylinder fastening web.
  • the output gears 26, 27 are at such a distance from one another that, despite the gap 29 in the ring gear 28, this meshes with both output gears 26, 27 or at least one of them.
  • the ring gear 28 is supported in a bore 32 of a block 33 fastened in the lock case housing, which block is recessed in accordance with the lock cylinder through-opening of the lock case.
  • a bearing pin 34 riveted to the lock base 1 extends below the larger gearwheel of the double wheel 22. The latter penetrates the bearing arm 35 of a T-shaped rocker 36 38 and 39.
  • the control surface 38 interacts with the control cam 40 extending from the connecting rod connecting slide 14, while the other control surface 39 is associated with the control cam 41 of the connecting rod connecting piece 14.
  • the control cam 41 extends below the control cam 40 in such a way that both planes adjacent in the thickness direction of the lock lie, cf. in particular FIG. 4. Below the control cam 40 the drive rod 16 is coupled to the drive rod connecting slide 14.
  • the control arm 37 carries in the area adjacent to the control surface 38 a pin 42 which passes through a slot 43 in one part 44 of a two-part change lever 45.
  • the other part of the change lever bears the reference number 46, which two parts are connected to one another by means of a pivot pin 47.
  • the part 46 includes the nut 7, rests on the stud 48 of the block 10 and extends over the shoulder 12 of the nut 7.
  • the free end of the change lever part 46 forms a longitudinal slot 49 for the entry of a pin 50 of the trap tail 4 ".
  • the rolling pin 18 If the rolling pin 18 is to be brought into the locking position, the key and thus the locking bit 30 must be turned counterclockwise. Along with this, the drive rod connecting slide 14 is shifted downwards via the reduction gear. Even before a complete rotation of the ring gear 28 has ended, one control surface 38 leaves the control cam 40, while the other control surface 39 runs onto the other control cam 41, as a result of which the rocker 36 pivots counterclockwise.
  • the slot 42 takes the change lever part 44 with it, so that after a closing rotation the end 44 'of the change lever part 44 lies outside the movement path of the control shoulder 51 of the ring gear 28. A change operation can then no longer be carried out. Even with a further closing rotation in the locking direction, the rocker 36 remains in this position, ie that the control surface 39 is supported on the control cam 41. 5 and 6, the roller pin 18 has shifted by the dimension x in the downward direction.
  • the backset is 26 mm, so that the espagnolette shown can also be used in tubular frame doors with small tubular frame dimensions.
