Definitions

  • the invention relates to a water slide for people with at least one slide composed of channel-shaped, largely curved track sections, which is at least partially supported by cantilevers, which protrude from a support structure having supports at different heights, with a support member for at the free end of each cantilever the connection area of two track sections is provided.
  • Such a water slide is shown in DE-B No. 2702005, which describes a helically rising slide from individual track sections.
  • the supports are connected by cross members and longitudinal members, and the cantilevers are also attached at different heights to the longitudinal members, which essentially also follow the spatial curve of the slide, each cantilever supporting the connecting region of two web sections. Any other line of the slide increases these problems arising from the side members, since they then have to be curved differently between the individual supports.
  • US-A No. 1347968 also shows a slide with vehicles, the curved track sections of which are guided around a central support.
  • Each connection area of two track sections is connected on the one hand by a horizontal bracing and on the other hand by means of a lower-braced strut to the central support, which consists of several nested elements.
  • Flanges on which the struts and braces are fixed serve as the insertion limit of each element. As a result, the lines and the gradient of the track sections are largely restricted.
  • the invention has now set itself the task of structurally simplifying such a water slide, so that, on the one hand, less material is required and production is more economical, and, on the other hand, any line layout is possible with a few, always identical components.
  • this object is achieved in that an upper-anchored guying element is arranged between each cantilever beam which projects radially from a support and the support.
  • each of the cantilever beams which exclusively supports a connection area between two web sections, projects directly from a support.
  • the upper-angled guying also allows larger cantilevers, as are conceivable in large systems.
  • Top-cantilever is understood here to mean that the bracing elements extend obliquely upward from the cantilever beam for fastening the support.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that height-adjustable fastening parts for each cantilever beam and the anchoring element assigned to it are arranged on the support.
  • Suitable fastening parts are, for example, cylindrical pipe pieces or anchor plates which are welded, riveted or screwed to the column at the respective height.
  • the fastening parts for the guy elements have a laterally projecting fastening tab to which the guy element is articulated. It is also possible to brace the anchoring elements for several cantilever beams immediately following one another on a single fastening part with a plurality of fastening lugs.
  • a cylindrical piece of tubing may be placed at the top of a support and in this case may be provided with a cover plate which rests on the support.
  • a displaceable fastening part is preferably arranged on the cantilever beam near the free end area for the in particular length-adjustable guy element, it is also possible to use cantilever beams of the same length in the case of non-arcuate track sections in which the distance to the support changes, and the support members with different distances from to provide the support.
  • the support member is arranged to be pivotable about the longitudinal axis of the cantilever, whereby the entire support member can be set up.
  • an approximately U-shaped holding part is preferably arranged on the support member, it being provided for adjusting the side inclination that the support member has a pivot bearing whose pivot axis is perpendicular to the Longitudinal axis of the cantilever is aligned and on which a holding part arranged parallel to the cantilever is pivotable for the connection area of the two web sections.
  • the holding part is arranged on a sliding shoe which can be displaced longitudinally on the pivot bearing.
  • the holding part is arranged around a second pivot bearing is rotatable, the axis of which is oriented both perpendicular to the pivot axis of the support member and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cantilever.
  • each holding part which is preferably bent in a U-shape and adapted to the channel shape of the track sections can have at least sections with a U-shaped cross section and comprise flanges provided at the ends of two track sections, connecting elements extending parallel to the sliding surface of the track sections being arranged, which penetrate the flanges of the track sections and the side webs of the cross-sectionally U-shaped sections of the holding parts.
  • an elastic body is arranged between the flanges of the web sections and / or at least in the region of each connecting element between each flange and the associated side web of the holding part.
  • an overlap of the web sections is also possible in order to achieve a sliding surface that is as undisturbed as possible.
  • a water slide according to the invention consists of at least one slide 1, which is at least partially supported by columnar supports 2. It leads from a launch site or launch tower 4 into a water basin 3 and is continuously flushed with water.
  • Each slide 1 is composed of track sections 20, which can be circular, for example, but also straight.
  • Each butt joint 21 of two web sections 20 (FIG. 5) is supported by a cantilever beam 5, which extends radially from a support 2 to its axis and is held on the support 2 by means of an upper-angled guy element 7 (FIG. 3).
  • the fastening parts 6, 8 for the cantilever beam 5 and the guy element 7 are formed, for example, by cylindrical tube pieces or sleeves which can be fixed on the support at any desired height (arrows in FIG. 3).
  • the slide 1 can therefore be guided past a support 2 over several days.
  • a fastening part 8 'for an anchoring element 7 is arranged at the upper end of the support 2, it can be cup-shaped and consist of a sleeve with a cover plate attached to it. In this case, the cover plate rests on the end face of the support 2.
  • Each fastening part 8, 8 ' has at least one laterally projecting fastening tab 10, in which the guy element 7 is articulated. As can be seen from FIG.
  • a plurality of fastening tabs 10 for a plurality of bracing elements 7 can also be arranged on a fastening part 8, 8 ′.
  • Anchor plates can also be used as fastening parts 6, 8 which are connected to holding plates welded to the supports.
  • the cantilever beams 5 are designed as cylindrical tubes, on each of which a sleeve 9, which has a fastening tab 12, is arranged so as to be longitudinally displaceable as a fastening part for the guy element 7 (FIG. 4).
  • the other end of the preferably longitudinally adjustable guy element 7 is suspended in this fastening tab 12.
  • the height adjustability of the fastening parts 6, 8 and, in the case of cylindrical tubular pieces, their rotatability on the support 2, the longitudinal displaceability of the sleeve 9 on the cantilever beam 5 and the pivotability of the guy element 7 about the pivot pins 11, 13 in the fastening tabs 10, 12 allow one arbitrary lines of the slide, on which the number of cantilevers 5 arranged on a support 2 also depends.
  • each cantilever 5 in the end region 14 of each cantilever 5 is a support member 15 in rich device of the arrows E arranged longitudinally.
  • the support member 15 is also pivotable about the longitudinal axis B of the cantilever 5 in the direction of the arrows F, whereby the longitudinal inclination of the web sections 20 can be adjusted.
  • the pivot bearing 16 serves to produce the lateral inclination of the track sections 20 and the displaceability of the sliding shoe 17 to compensate for slight design-related inaccuracies.
  • Holding parts 18 are connected to the slide shoe 17, this connection being able to be rigid if the web sections 20 are designed exclusively in the form of a circular arc. If non-circular path sections 20 are also carried by the cantilever beams 5, the connection between the slide shoe 17 and the holding part 18 is also articulated according to FIG. 7. For this purpose, a further pivot bearing 19 is provided on the slide shoe 17, in which the holding part 18 can be rotated about the axis D, which is oriented perpendicular to the axes C and B. This enables any adjustment of the holding parts 18 with respect to the support 2.
  • Each holding part 18 serves to support an abutment point 21 of two web sections 20 and is, for example, adapted to the curvature of the trough-shaped web sections 20, essentially U-shaped. At least sections 22 of the U-shaped holding part 18 are also U-shaped in cross section (FIG. 6).
  • the web sections 20 have flanges 23 at their ends, between which a permanently elastic sealing compound 26 is arranged.
  • the flanges 23 of two web sections 20 engage between the side webs 25 of the cross-sectionally U-shaped sections 22 of the holding part 18 and are connected to them by connecting elements 24 which pass through the side webs 25 and the flanges 23.
  • Elastic bodies 27 are also arranged between each side web 25 and a flange 23 and are used to combat shrinkage, to dampen noise and to compensate for the stretching of the web sections 20.
  • the web sections 20, which are made in particular from glass fiber-reinforced plastic, can also be overlapped in a further embodiment according to FIG. 8.
  • the lower flange 23 of each web section 20 is not set directly at the end, but is set back from the overlap region 28, and a crank 29 is provided in the upper edge region of the other web section 20 in order to achieve a smooth transition of the sliding surface.
  • water slides can be made in any line, for which only a few, similar components (supports, cantilevers, guy elements and support members) are required.
