Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Geldkassette mit im oberen Bereich des deckelverschlossenen Kassettenunterteils angeordnetem Zähleinsatz, welcher lose aufliegend in Art einer Zwischenetage ausgebildet ist.
  • Bei den bekannten Geldkassetten dieser Art sind am oberen Rand des Kassettenunterteils quer zur Scharnierachse des Deckels verlaufende Stützleisten befestigt, auf welchen der Zähleinsatz ruht. Nachteilig an dieser Ausgestaltung ist die Tatsache, dass die die Herstellung der Geldkassette aufwendiger gestaltenden Stützleisten keine optimalen Abmessungen des Zähleinsatzes zulassen. Auch ist er bei geschlossenem Deckel nicht fixiert.
  • Daneben sind Kisten für Werkzeuge oder dergleichen bekannt, bei denen eine Zwischenetage unter Verzicht auf gesonderte Auflageleisten dadurch gehalten ist, dass die Schmalseiten der Zwischenetage angeformte Winkel besitzen, welche den einwärtsgebördelten Rand des Aussengehäuses übergreifen. Die Einwärtsverlagerung des übergriffenen Randes muss relativ gross sein, weil aussenseitig desselben noch der Rand des Kistendeckels liegt, dessen Aussenfläche mit der Aussenfläche des Kistenunterteiles fluchtet. Dieser grosse Einwärtsversatz ist Raumverlust. Im übrigen ist der Einsatz bei geschlossenem Deckel auch hier nicht fixiert, so dass er bei Erschütterungen wackelt bzw. bei Umkippen der Kiste sich evtl. sogar aus der hängenden Verhakung entfernt.
  • Dem Gegenstand der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Geldkassette der vorausgesetzten Art in herstellungstechnisch einfacher Weise gebrauchsvorteilhafter auszugestalten derart, dass unter Erzielung einer optimalen Grösse des Zähleinsatzes im Verhältnis zur Öffnung des Kassettenunterteils die Bauteile auf ein Minimum reduziert und bei geschlossenem Deckel ohne Zusatzbauteile eine feste Halterung des Zähleinsatzes erzielt sind.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch das Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1. Die Unteransprüche betreffen vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Gegenstands des Anspruchs 1.
  • Zufolge derartiger Ausgestaltung ist eine gattungsgemässe Geldkassette von erhöhtem Gebrauchswert angegeben. Ferner ist die Herstellung erleichtert. Es brauchen keine zusätzlichen Stützleisten zur Halterung des Zähleinsatzes mehr vorgesehen zu werden. Die Halterungsfunktion übernimmt das Kassettenunterteil nun unmittelbar selbst. Zur Halterung des Zähleinsatzes ist die obere Randkante des Kassettenunterteils herangezogen. Daher ist es möglich, den Zähleinsatz, im Grundriss gesehen, mit einem optimalen Nutzraum auszugestalten. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass bei verschlossenem Deckel derselbe mit seiner Randkante auf die Oberseite des Zähleinsatzes aufschlägt. Der Zähleinsatz ist daher in seiner Lage fixiert und wackelt nicht, was insbesondere für den Transport bis zum Verkaufsort interessant ist. Sodann ist es für den Benutzer der Geldkassette ersichtlich, ob der Zähleinsatz sich in der Geldkassette befindet. Bei eingesetztem Zähleinsatz ist nämlich dessen Randleiste sichtbar. Fehlt dieser Zähleinsatz in der Geldkassette, so tritt neben dem optischen noch der akustische Effekt auf, dass dann zufolge des grösseren Spiels zwischen Deckel und Kassettenunterteil der Deckel klappert. Der Benutzer erkennt dadurch unmittelbar, dass er beim Wegstellen der Geldkassette vergessen hat, den Zähleinsatz in die Geldkassette einzubringen. Die Randleiste kann sich dabei über drei Seitenwände der Geldkassette erstrecken, und zwar bis auf diejenige Seite, an welcher der Deckel anscharniert ist. Die Abstützung des Zähleinsatzes ist daher besonders gross. Ferner trägt dieses zu einem optimalen Effekt bei. Es ist möglich, die Randleiste gegenüber der Geldkassette andersfarbig zu gestalten, so dass ein günstiger optischer Eindruck der Geldkassette entsteht. Der Sicherheitswert der Geldkassette wird durch den Falz der oberen Randkante des Kassettenunterteils erhöht. Es ist von aussen her nicht möglich, den Zähleinsatz aus seiner Lage zu bringen. Eine zusätzliche Sicherung erfährt der Zähleinsatz noch durch seinen Einschlagfalz für den Rand des Deckels. Damit wird der Zähleinsatz sowohl vom Kassettenunterteil als auch vom Deckel fixiert. Die an der Unterseite des Zähleinsatzes vorgesehenen Vorsprünge erleichtern das Zuordnen des Zähleinsatzes zum Kassettenunterteil, indem sie beim Einsetzen desselben eine zentrierende Funktion erfüllen. Der Zähleinsatz kann einerseits vollständig aus geeignetem Kunststoff erstellt sein. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, den Zähleinsatz dadurch zu bilden, dass ein metallener Aussenrahmen mit einem die Fächer bildenden Kunststoff-Mittelteil verbunden wird. Die vorerwähnten Vorsprünge gehen dabei vom Kunststoff-Mittelteil aus.
  • Nachstehend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Fig. 1 bis 4 erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung eine den Zähleinsatz aufnehmende, geschlossene Geldkassette,
    • Fig. 2 ebenfalls in Perspektive die geöffnete Geldkassette,
    • Fig. 3 in Draufsicht einen Ausschnitt des Zähleinsatzes und
    • Fig. 4 in vergrösserter Darstellung den Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 2.
  • Die Geldkassette besitzt ein kastenförmiges Kassettenunterteil 1. Dieses weist die vom Boden 2 ausgehenden Seitenwände 3 sowie Vorderwand 4 und Rückwand 5 auf.
  • Am oberen Ende der Rückwand 5 ist ein das Kassettenunterteil 1 verschliessender Deckel 6 anscharniert. Von diesem geht ein umlaufender Rand 7 aus, der bei geschlossenem Deckel mit den Wänden 3, 4, 5 des Kassettenunterteils fluchtet. Der Deckel 6 lagert in einer wannenartigen Vertiefung 8 einen C-förmig gebogenen Handgriff 9.
  • Im Bereich des Seitenwände 3 und der Vorderwand 4 ist die obere Randkante 10 des Kassettenunterteils 1 mit einem Falz 11 ausgestattet. In diesem liegt eine Randleiste 12 eines der Geldkassette zuzuordnenden Zähleinsatzes 13 ein derart, dass der Zähleinsatz 13 durch Übergriff der oberen Randkante 10 des Kassettenunterteils 1 getragen ist. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel setzt sich der Zähleinsatz 13 aus einem Kunststoff-Aussenrahmen 14 und einem die Fächer F bildenden Kunststoff-Mittelteil 15 zusammen. Aussenrahmen 14 und Kunststoff-Mittelteil 15 sind dabei materialeinheitlich untereinander verbunden.
  • Der Zähleinsatz 13 besitzt an seiner Unterseite zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Vorsprünge 16. Diese bilden mit ihren der Vorderwand 4 des Kassettenunterteils 1 zugekehrten Stirnflächen 16' schräg auswärts gerichtete Einführ-Gleitkufen, die beim Einsetzen des Zähleinsatzes 13 in das Kassettenunterteil 1 eine zentrierende Funktion übernehmen, so dass die Randleiste 12 des Zähleinsatzes 13 im Bereich der Seitenkanten und Vorderkante die obere Randkante 10 des Kassettenunterteils 1 sicher übergreift.
  • Sodann weist der Zähleinsatz 13 einen von seiner Oberseite ausgehenden, sich über den Bereich der Seitenkanten und Vorderkanten erstreckenden Einschlagfalz 17 für den Rand 7 des Deckels auf, vergl. insbesondere Fig. 4. Dieser Einschlagfalz 17 führt in Verbindung mit der Randkante 7' des Deckels 6 zu einer labyrinthartigen Dichtung der verschlossenen Geldkassette, so dass von aussen her keine Manipulationen vorgenommen werden können, um an den Geldkassetteninhalt zu gelangen.
  • Aus Fig. 1 und 4 ist ersichtlich, dass bei geschlossenem Deckel 6 an den Seitenkanten der Geldkassette und an der Vorderkante die Randleiste 12 sichtbar ist. Dies zeigt dem Benutzer an, dass der Zähleinsatz 13 sich in der Geldkassette befindet.
  • Zur Verriegelung des Deckels 6 dient ein an der Vorderwand 4 des Kassettenunterteils 1 festgelegter Schliesszylinder 18. Dessen Zylinderkern 19 trägt einen drehfest mit ihm verbundenen Hakenriegel 20. Dessen Haken 21 durchsetzt beim Schliessen einen Ausschnitt 22 des Aussenrahmens 14 und greift in eine Schliessausnehmung 23 eines deckelinnenseitig befestigten Schliessbleches 24 ein.

Claims (7)

1. Geldkassette mit im oberen Bereich des dekkelverschlossenen Kassettenunterteils angeordnetem Zähleinsatz, welcher lose aufliegend in Art einer Zwischenetage ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zähleinsatz (13) durch Übergriff der oberen Randkante (10) des Kassettenunterteils (1) getragen ist, derart, dass die untere Randkante (7') des Deckels auf die Oberseite des Zähleinsatzes (13) aufschlägt.
2. Geldkassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zähleinsatz (13) eine Randleiste (12) besitzt, die im Bereich der Seitenkanten und Vorderkante die obere Randkante (10) des Kassettenunterteils (1) übergreift.
3. Geldkassette nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Randleiste (12) im Falz (11) der oberen Randkante (10) des Kassettenunterteils (1) einliegt.
4. Geldkassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zähleinsatz (13) einen Einschlagfalz (17) für den Rand (7) des Deckels besitzt.
5. Geldkassette nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zähleinsatz (13) an seiner Unterseite Vorsprünge (16) besitzt, deren der Wand (4) des Kassettenunterteils (1) zugekehrte Stirnflächen (16') schräg auswärts gerichtete Einführ-Gleitkufen bilden.
6. Geldkassette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zähleinsatz (13) aus einem Aussenrahmen (14) und einem die Fächer (F) bildenden Kunststoff-Mittelteil (15) besteht.
7. Geldkassette nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (16) vom Kunststoff-Mittelteil (15) ausgehen.
