Eine bekannte Ausführung dieser Art (US-PS 2 837 024) benutzt ein dünnes Federstahlmesser, bei dem im Bereich der Schlitze eine Gummifolie aufvulkanisiert ist. Die bekannte Ausführung hat den Nachteil, daß die Gummifolie im Bereich der breiten Schlitze durch den Staudruck der Farbe von der Farbkastenwalze abgedrückt wird, so daß ein unkontrollierter Farbstreifen in das Farbwerk gelangt. Außerdem ist das Verschleißverhalten von Gummifolie und Federstahlmesser unterschiedlich, so daß auch hierdurch Abdichtungsprobleme an der Farbkastenwalze auftreten können. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil der bekannten Ausführung ist, daß der Drucker bei abgestellter Farbzone nicht feststellen kann, wie hart er die einzelne Zone an die Farbkastenwalze über die Stellelemente anstellt, so daß mit einem höheren Verschleiß zu rechnen ist. In diesem Falle muß das Farbmesser nachgeschliffen werden oder es ist gemeinsam mit der auf vulkanisierten Folie unbrauchbar. Hierdurch erhöht sich der Aufwand und somit die Kosten für den praktischen Einsatz der bekannten Ausführung. Auch ist bei der bekannten Ausführung keine reproduzierbare Einstellung des Farbmessers möglich, weil keine Grundeinstellung aller Abstreichkanten möglich ist.A known version of this type (US Pat. The maximum provision of the scraper edge is designed so that a sufficient film thickness is always maintained.

Das Stellelement 19 ist mit seinem Drehpunkt 20 in einem Gabelzapfen 23 gelagert, der über Federn 24 am Farbkasten 10 abgestützt ist. Mit der Mutter 25 läßt sich der Gabelzapfen in Längsrichtung verschieben und somit bei der Montage einmalig die Grundeinstellung des Drehpunktes 20, z.B. zum Ausgleich von Fertigungstoleranzen verändern. Die Mutter 25 stützt sich hierbei über eine Büchse 26 am Farbkasten 10 ab. Hiermit ist auf einfache Weise über die Länge des Farbmessers jede einzelne Zone in eine absolut gleiche Nullstellung zur Farbkastenwalze 7 einzustellen. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß einmalig bei der Montage jede Abstreichkante 13 ohne eingelegte Folie 17 auf ein genaues Maß zur Mantelfläche der Duktorwalze 7 eingestellt wird, das etwa 50% der Folienstärke entspricht. Zum Einstellen des Spalts zwischen Abstreichkante 13 und Farbkastenwalze 7 über das Stellelement 19 dient ein Stellmotor 27, der über einen Potentiometer 28 zur Stellungsanzeige einen Gewindezapfen 29 verdreht, der im Farbkasten 10 gelagert ist. Der Gewindezapfen 29 läßt sich über ein Handrad 30 auch manuell verdrehen. Durch das Verdrehen bewegt sich eine Gewindebüchse 31 in Achsrichtung des Gewindezapfens 29, so daß die Bewegung über eine Lasche 32 auf das Stellelement 19 übertragen wird und dieses um den Drehpunkt 20 schwenkt. Durch die Vorspannung, mit der das Farbmesser 12 auf der Auflagefläche 21 aufliegt, führt diese Bewegung zu einer exakten Veränderung des Farbspalts. Anstelle der exzentrischen Auflagefläche 21 lassen sich auch andere Mittel einsetzen, z.B. Röllchen, auf denen die Zungen des Farbmessers 12 aufliegen. Das Stellelement 19 ist durch die Lasche 32 und den Gabelzapfen 23 doppelt geführt, so daß ein Kippen desselben vermieden wird. Der Stellmotor 27 läßt sich in bekannter Weise an eine Fernbedienung anschließen, so daß die für eine bestimmte Auflage gewählte Einstellung des Farbmessers jederzeit reproduzierbar ist.To adjust the gap between the scraper edge 13 and the ink fountain roller 7 via the actuating element 19, a servomotor 27 is used, which rotates a threaded pin 29 via a potentiometer 28 for indicating the position, which is mounted in the ink fountain 10. Claims (7)

1. Farbmesser und Einstellvorrichtung für das Farbmesser am Farbkasten von Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einzeln regelbaren zonenbreiten Zungen, an denen Stellmittel zum Einstellen des Abstandes der Abstreichkante gegenüber der Farbkastenwalze angreifen, wobei die Zungen mit einer elastischen Abdeckung belegt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das als Platte ausgebildete Farbmesser (12) im Bereich seiner Abstreichkante (13) zonenweise durch Schlitze (14) aufgeteilt ist, die eine sehr geringe Breite aufweisen und vorzugsweise mittels Laserstrahlen hergestellt sind, daß die elastische Abdeckung die Abstreichkante überragt und in ihrem überstehenden Teil tangential an der Farbkastenwalze (7) anliegt, wobei die Abdeckung aus einer sehr dünnen, harten und elastischen Folie (17) mit glatter Oberfläche besteht, und daß jede Zunge über Stellmittel (11) von einer einheitlichen Nullstellung aus positionierbar ist.
