Claims (3)

1. Appareil pour confectionner une carte d'habilitation (3) portant une photographie (11) du titulaire de la carte ainsi que des signes alpha-numériques (12), dans lequel un sélecteur de signes alpha-numériques (8) est prévu pour actionner un dispositif d'impression, caractérisé par:
- une caméra vidéo (2) pour capter une image du titulaire de la carte;
- un dispositif (6) connecté à la caméra vidéo (2) pour digitaliser l'image vidéo;
- un dispositif de commande électronique (7) connecté au dispositif de digitalisation (6) ainsi qu'au sélecteur de signes alpha-numériques (8), et
- une tête d'impression thermo- ou électro- sensible (9) commandée par le dispositif de commande électronique (7) pour reproduire l'image vidéo (11), ainsi que les signes alpha-numériques (12) sur la carte (10) pourvue d'une couche thermo- ou électro-sensible.
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un dispositif (5) pour éclairer le titulaire de la carte, dont la caméra vidéo (2) enregistre l'image, ainsi que par une paroi (4) constituant un fond invariable pendant la prise de vue.
3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les signaux de sortie du sélecteur de signes alpha-numériques (8) sont en outre, appliqués à un dispositif de calcul central.
