Claims (7)

1. Improved assembly for evacuating smoke with recovery facility, for closed hearths of chimneys, comprising a direct evacuation aperture occluded by a register (6) mounted in a support frame (9) disposed under the outlet stack (7), characterised in that the register (6) is pivotable with a flat valve (14) and is operated by a push rod (17) which has one of its ends in contact with the access door while its other end is in contact with the valve, of which the actual weight constitutes an opening return force and in that the outlet stack (7) projects on the inside towards the valve to a small distance from the end of the flap (14) when this latter is in the open position, in order to improve direct evacuation.
2. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the axis of articulation of the valve is off-centre.
3. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the push rod (17) acts on a small area inclined plane (17) rigid with the valve (14) in the vicinity of its axis and in bearing contact with one end of the push rod (17).
4. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the push rod (17) is mounted in a sleeve (19) rigid with the frame (9).
5. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the ends (18) of the push rod (17) are rounded.
6. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the end of the push rod (17) which is in contact with the door bears on this latter through an upper transverse plate (20).
7. Assembly according to Claim 1, characterised in that the support frame (9) has a direct evacuation orifice (10) at one of its ends and a recovery opening (11) at its other end.
