Abstract

Prefabricated slabs for the construction of buildings comprise vertical slabs having a male fitting 113 of square cross-section at the top of the slab and may have a female cavity 114 equipped with a flat fitting 113 at the bottom of the slab; as well as floor slabs 200 which for their part have a cavity which is open at one edge and on both sides of the slab and wherein is situated a U-shaped fitting 201. During the assembling operation, the male fitting is inserted into the U fitting 201 and then into the female cavity 114 whilst being held fast by the flat fitting 113. These fittings are then welded together, and the next floor may be installed without any delay. The cavities are then filled with a fluid mortar which protects the fittings against corrosion. <IMAGE>

Description

The present invention relates to prefabricated panels for building construction, which make it possible to construct such a building by assembling prefabricated panels in advance.

It is known in the building industry to prefabricate concrete panels, which serve for example as a facade wall, a dividing wall, a gable, or a floor. There are different methods for joining these panels together, and the best known is to install the panels at a first level, reserving between them certain suitable intervals, supplemented by reinforcement in the form of concrete rounds thus constituting a secondary reinforcement. . Concrete is then poured into this framework, and when the chaining or the assembly thus obtained are dry, the upper level can be raised. It is quite clear that such a process requires a rare and expensive skilled workforce to carry out such an assembly. In addition, the time required for assembly is added to the drying time of the concrete. Even if the labor can be employed elsewhere, or at other tasks, on a sufficiently large site, one immobilizes an expensive material, in particular a significant number of props during all these operations.

We have already proposed metal parts incorporated in the panels, accessible by openings on the edges of these panels, and which allow faster assembly of the panels by fixing the frames of one on those of the adjoining panel. However, the devices thus described so far do not allow in practice to exceed a construction height greater than one, or even two, levels.

To allow constructions of greater height, the invention provides a prefabricated panel for building construction, of the vertical type, characterized in that it comprises at least one male fitting of square section, part of which is embedded in the body of the panel, and the other part of which emerges from the upper edge of the panel while being parallel to the lateral edges and of length greater than the thickness of a floor panel.

In FIG. 1, an upper front panel 100 is placed above a lower front panel 300, in the position it occupies during assembly, just before the descent to proceed with the final assembly. Between these two panels is a floor panel 200, of which only one fitting 201 has been shown for the understanding of the figure. This panel 200 will be shown more fully in the following figures, which are sectional views along various planes at the level of the assembly fittings.

In the example described, the facade panels are of the composite type with floating exterior structure. They have internal walls, respectively 110 and 310 for the panels 100 and 300, and external walls, respectively 112 and 312, separated from the internal walls by insulating layers respectively 111 and 311.

The lower panel 300 comprises, at its upper part, metal tubes or sections of square section, for example such as 313, which are embedded in the concrete and project beyond the upper edge of the internal wall 310. It also includes bezers such as 314, which allow to define a voluntary play with the underside of the part which comes to rest on the edge of the panel.

By placing oneself at a stage of assembly where the panel 300 is already held in place by means not shown, such as struts, the horizontal floor panel 200 which then has a cavity inside is then placed on this panel. which is sealed the metal part 201, which has the shape of a U provided with two wings. The wings and part of the vertical arms of the U are sealed in the concrete, and the rest of the fitting protrudes into the opening of the panel so as to present inside the U a free space whose section is substantially equal. to that of tube 313.

Thus, when the floor panel is installed, the tube 313 sinks into the fitting 201, which firmly holds the two panels together.

The upper edge of the wall 310 further comprises bezers such as 314 which make it possible to define a voluntary clearance between this edge and the underside of the floor panel. This set will later allow a filling product to be poured, such as a relatively fluid mortar, which will have no mechanical holding role, but which will serve to protect the metal fittings from oxidation and to present a seal of regular appearance. . This product can also be a sticky resin if necessary.

From this stage, the fittings 313 and 201 can be secured, for example by arc welding the parts of these fittings which are in contact and which are accessible from the outside, that is to say the two lateral wings. of the upper edge of the fitting 201 with the periphery of the tube 313.

When the assembly of this first level is thus completed, by the completion of the laying of the floor on the upper edges of the facade panels, it is possible to build the upper level by placing the facade panels 100. The exterior wall 112 of this front panel comprises a wing 115 which projects downwards, in order to take place in a clearance 315, formed by the external wall 312, the upper end of which stops at a determined distance below the upper end of the panel 300. This allows the wing 115 to come and cover the insulation 311 to protect the latter and to provide useful seals.

The insulator 111 comes into contact with the insulator 311, so as to achieve the continuity of the thermal insulation directly or indirectly.

The inner wall 110 of the upper panel 100 includes a clearance 116 which makes it possible to house the floor panel 200 inserted between the two front panels 100 and 300, and which comprises the fitting 201.

This inner wall 110 also includes a cavity 114, which opens on its inner face and on the lower edge. Inside this cavity there is a transverse fitting 113, which comprises two wings embedded in the concrete and a middle part which crosses the cavity 114 right through. In this way, when the front panel 100 is lowered to its location, the part of the profiled tube 313 which projects from the upper face of the floor slab 200 comes into the opening 114. It is trapped between the inner wall of this opening and the fitting 113 for which this tube rests.

We can then secure the fitting 113 with the tube 313, for example by an arc weld. On the lower edge of the wall 110, there are also bezels such as those of the upper edge of the wall 310, which also make it possible to define a voluntary clearance between this field and the upper face of the floor panel. This game then allows a filling mortar to be poured, which fills this cavity 114 as well as that where the fitting 201 is located, and the two voluntary games between the floor panel and the front panels. This operation can be carried out at any suitable time after the fittings are joined together, without causing any delay on the rest of the site, since it plays no role in the mechanical strength of the assembly, and is only used for protection against corrosion and finish of the assembly.

In Figure 2 there is shown a section along a vertical plane, perpendicular to the facade panels and forming a plane of symmetry for the three fittings 113, 201 and 313. In this figure, only the facade panels and the fitting 113 are seen in section, while the other two fittings and the floor panel are not cut, this for a better understanding of the figure.

We note in particular in this figure the weld bead 115, which connects the top of the tube 313, to the fitting 113, and the weld bead 203, which connects the top of the fitting 201 to the tube 313.

There is also a seal 202, placed between the front edge of the panel 200 and the insulation 111, which allows the filling mortar not to spread out in the interval separating this insulation and this edge.

In FIG. 3 is seen a sectional view along a horizontal, median plane of the floor panel 200. In this figure, we note the position of the joints 202 mentioned above, and the U shape with two transverse wings of the fitting 201. These wings allow this fitting to be firmly fixed in the floor panel.

In FIG. 4 is seen a sectional view along a horizontal, median plane of the fitting 113. In this figure, we note the shape of the fitting 113, which has an elongated transverse part 117 on which the tube 313 rests, then two wings 118 which curl a first time towards the center of the panel, and a second time to lie in the median plane of this panel, this in order to firm the anchoring of this fitting in the panel.

It is also noted in this figure, as in Figure 3, that the very interior of the tube 313 is filled with mortar, in order to protect it in all cases against corrosion.

To fix the cross walls, the same method is used, and there is shown in Figure 5 a sectional view of a knot between two cross panels 151 and 351, and two floor panels 251 and 252.

The head of the bottom splitting panel 351 comprises a tubular fitting 352, which projects upwards and on which is fixed the fittings of the other panels. This fitting 352 can be a profile.

The panels 251 and 252 comprise at the location of this node, respectively two cavities 253 and 254, in which two fittings 255 and 256 protrude. These fittings are similar to the fittings 201, but they are less high, so that they can be superimpose in the space delimited by the cavities 253 and 254.

We start by placing the floor panel 252 on the head of the splitting panel 351, engaging the fitting 256 on the tube 352. We weld this fitting with the tube by forming a weld bead 257, then place the second panel floor 251, the fitting 255 of which takes its place on the tube 352 above the fitting 256. This fitting 255 is then welded to the tube 352 by another weld bead 258. According to a variant, the welds can be simultaneous.

The upper split panel 151 comprises, at the location of the junction node, a cavity 152 crossed by two parallel fittings 153 and 154.

In a third step, this panel 151 is placed on the panels 251 and 252, by threading the tube 352 between the fittings 153 and 154. This tube is then welded to these fittings by two weld beads 155 and 156.

Then, in a finishing step, the cavities 253, 254, and 152 will be filled with a fluid mortar which will fill them, protecting the fittings from oxidation and offering a nice finish. Drageers are also provided, to provide voluntary games between the various panels in which the mortar will flow back.

In Figure 6, we see a horizontal sectional view of the junction node of Figure 5, in a median plane of the fitting 256. We note in this figure the U shape with two wings of the fitting 256, which is very similar to that of the fitting 201 in FIG. 3.

In Figure 7, there is shown a sectional view of the junction node of Figure 5, along a substantially median horizontal plane to the fittings 153 and 154. The fittings 255 and 256 have not been shown for clarity of the figure .

On remarque sur cette vue la forme des ferrures 153 et 154, qui sont simplement composées de deux lames d'acier paralléles au plan du panneau de refend 151, et qui traversent de part en part la cavité 152 pour encadrer le tube 352.Note on this view the shape of the fittings 153 and 154, which are simply composed of two steel blades parallel to the plane of the splitting panel 151, and which pass right through the cavity 152 to frame the tube 352.

In the example shown in Figure 5, the two floor panels are attached to the same node to the two split panels, which requires that the two fittings 255 and 256 of these floor panels are offset in the vertical direction to be able overlap.

There is shown in Figure 8 a sectional view similar to that of Figure 5, of a fixing node between two splitting panels and two floor panels, but in a so-called alternating fixing mode where only one of the floor panels, here 252, has a fitting 256, which is fixed to the starting tube 352 coming out of the lower split panel 351. In this case another node, located further on the edge of the split panels, will on the contrary comprise a fitting integral with the floor panel 251, and connected to other fittings of the two split panels.

The facade panels being fixed at the head and at the foot, it is useful to join them at at least one point of their vertical edges. The same is true at the junction between two front panels, such as 290 and 291, and a cross panel, such as 190 in FIG. 9.

For this, provision is made in the front panels, at the desired height for joining together, respectively, two cavities where more 292 and 293. The splitting panel 290 comes into the assembly formed by these two cavities.

Two fittings were fixed during the prefabrication of the front panels, respectively in the cavities 292 and 293, in such a way that they are fixed in the panel and have an exposed part. In the example described, these fittings 294 and 295 are formed by sections of angles, one wing of which is embedded in the mass of the panel, and the other wing of which is flush with the surface parallel to it.

A fitting was likewise embedded in the splitting panel 190, in such a way that it projects beyond each lateral face of this panel, near the outer edge thereof and near the fittings of the front panels. In the example described, this fitting is formed by a blade whose two ends are folded back to form a U having a very elongated horizontal part. This horizontal part is embedded in the mass of the panel, and the two wings of U are flush with the side surfaces of the panel, being parallel to these.

To join these three fittings together, complementary fittings 296 and 297 are used, which form junctions between the fitting 192 and respectively the fittings 294 and 295. These joining fittings are steel blades which are welded with an arc on the panel fittings.

Such a method of indirect welding of the fittings therebetween, could be used for the head and foot joints of the panel, in the case for example of difficulties in accessing the welding electrodes.

Conversely, one could also provide in the panel 190, that the fitting 192 is rectilinear and projects on each side of the lateral faces of this splitting panel 190, to join the fittings 294 and 295, on which it would be welded directly.

The welded joint, described throughout this text, is only one example of joining the fittings together, and any other equivalent process can be used. This so that one can for example drill right through the assembly formed by the fittings 153, 154 and 352, through the cavity 152 in Figure 8. To fix these fittings together, we can then pass then a bolt through the holes thus made and tighten this bolt.

The process thus described allows very rapid assembly of tall buildings, using prefabricated panels, without having to wait for the cement to set between two successive levels, and using a minimum of props to maintain a panel of departure.
