Claims (2)

1. Garniture d'étanchéité en nappe (54) destinée à garnir la surface (52) à laquelle est appliquée la pression gazeuse d'un sabot segmenté (50) comportant au moins une bande d'étanchéité ou de guidage située à la périphérie extérieure, pouvant être déchirée pour détacher les segments (56, 58) d'un projectile (40) sous-calibré, caractérisée en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité (54) est réalisée sous la forme d'une pellicule de matière de charge propulsive et est placée au moins dans des zones d'interstices de jonction (22) qui s'étendent entre les segments (56, 58) du sabot (50).
2. Moyen d'étanchéité selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une fraction (62 ; 64 ; 66) pouvant être prédéterminée d'une charge, propulsive est liée rigidement à la garniture d'étanchéité (54).
