Claims (7)

1. Scie à moteur portative comportant des éléments de coupe tournants sur la périphérie, guidés par un dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1), pouvant être entrainés par un moteur, et comportant une butée (5) prévue sur le dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1), caractérisée en ce que la butée (5) présente deux bords de prise (7, 8) qui se détachent l'un de l'autre en formant un angle et qui constituent, par leurs faces interieures (9, 10) tournées 1,une vers 1, autre, une machoire de réception pour des branches et produits analogues à couper, étant précisé que la mâchoire est placée en avant, dans la direction de l'avance (6) de la scie, de la voie périphérique des éléments de coupe; et en ce que la butée (5) est sollicitée par la force d'un ressort dans la direction de l'avance (6) et s'appuie contre le dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1) avec possibilité de déplacement relatif en sens opposé à la direction de l'avance (8), en surmontant la force du ressort.
2. Scie selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la face intérieure (10), dirigée en sens opposé à la direction périphérique (11) des éléments de coupe, de l'un des bords de prise (8) est dentelée.

Scie selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1) est constitué d'une plaque, d'un rail ou d'un ensemble d'appuis analogues qui dégage, par zone, les éléments de coupe pour venir au contact du produit à couper et qui comporte une voie de guidage (14) pour le déplacement de la butée (5) qui se loge, par un élément de guidage (13) dans la voie de guidage.

Scie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la butée (5) comporte un élément d'appui à ressort arriere (18) qui s'appuie contre un ressort de compression (21) qui sollicite la butée dans la direction de l'avance (6) de la scie et dont l'autre extrémité s'appuie dans un carter (23) fixé au dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1).
5. Scie selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la butée (5) comporte un sabot d'appui (15) qui saisit par dessous le dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1) et qui peut se deplacer en commun avec la butée (5).
6. Scie selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la face inférieure (27) du sabot d'appui (15) a une forme concave.
7. Scie selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de coupe sont constitués, de façon connue en soi, de dents de scie solidarisées avec les maillons de chaîne d'une chaîne de scie (2), étant précisé que la chaîne de scie est guidée sur la periphérie d'une lame support, servant de dispositif de maintien et de guidage (1), de forme allongée, plate et présentant deux zones de changement de direction opposées l'une à l'autre pour la chaîne; et en ce que la butée (5) est disposée à une extrémite de changement de direction (3) de la lame support, tandis qu'à la zone opposée de changement de direction de la lame support est rapporté, sur la face superleure (4) de la lame support, un carter moteur contenant le moteur d'entrainement, avec dispositif de prise en main.
