Claims (5)

1. Dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture de portes, dont le vantail (1) est déplaçable entre deux positions sensiblement perpendiculaires l'une par rapport à l'autre, notamment entre une position de fermeture sensiblement verticale et une position d'ouverture sensiblement horizontale, le vantail constituant la bielle d'un mécanisme du type bielle-manivelle, dans lequel le guidage du pied de bielle (2) est orienté sensiblement parallèlement à l'une des deux positions extrêmes du vantail, et dans lequel le palier principal (3) de la manivelle est placé en position fixe au voisinage de la ligne d'intersection des plans qui contiennent le vantail dans ses positions extrêmes, notamment dans la région du bord supérieur de l'ouverture de la porte, l'actionnement du vantail (1) étant réalisé au moyen d'au moins un chariot (5) guidé, plus particulièrement en ligne droite, dans un plan contenant le vantail dans l'une de ses positions extrêmes, de préférence la position extrême d'ouverture, et le chariot (5) étant lié au vantail par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un moyen de liaison monté tournant autour d'un point d'articulation (11) sur le chariot (5) et d'au moins une plaque (10) fixée rigidement sur le vantail, et présentant, pour le guidage du moyen de liaison, un guide incurvé dont la concavité tournée vers le vantail (1) est variable sur sa longueur, la plaque étant située vers l'extrémité du vantail se situant à proximité du palier principal de la manivelle (3), caractérisé en ce que le moyen de liaison est une barre (6) et en ce que le guide incurvé est formé par des fentes incurvées (9), ménagées dans la plaque (10), dans lesquelles sont guidés des doigts de guidage (7, 8) appartenant à la barre (6).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les doigts de guidage (7, 8) sont guidés dans une seule et même fente incurvée (9) de la plaque (10).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les fentes incurvées (9) possèdent deux branches adjacentes (A, B), qui présentent des rayons de courbure distincts.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rayon de courbure de la partie (A), située du côté de la fente incurvée le plus proche du chariot (5) est sensiblement plus grand que le rayon de courbure de la partie adjacente (B), et de préférence de l'ordre de dix à vingt fois plus grand.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la barre de liaison (6) est conformée en fourche et encadre la plaque (10) par ses deux branches, les doigts de guidage (7, 8) reliant les deux branches de la fourche en traversant la fente incurvée (9).
