Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support holder for a support of a slab formwork with a multi-part, channel-like receptacle comprising the support shaft, removable from the support, with the first part of which all the legs of the support holder are connected and the second part of which is provided as a closure part which forms the support shaft holds in the receptacle, wherein one of the parts at most encompasses the support shaft to such an extent that a gap remains between its edges which corresponds at least to the support diameter.
  • Such a column holder is known from FR-A-2 438188.
  • a one-piece, open on one side receptacle is used, on which three legs are articulated.
  • the open section of the receptacle is closed by a pin, which, however, does not pinch the support shaft, but intentionally holds it with a certain amount of play.
  • This game can be accepted because this known arrangement is used as intended so that the recording is in the immediate vicinity of the ground. It is therefore not a column holder of the type used for normal construction columns with a diameter of a few centimeters and in which the holder is at a height of, for example, one meter above the floor.
  • the receptacle on the tubular prop can move due to the play that arises between the receptacle and locking pins on the one hand and the tubular prop on the other hand.
  • the upper end of the support After aligning the support to its points of attack on the slab formwork, the upper end of the support has a play increased by the length of the support.
  • both the support and the holder must be handled and lifted separately when aligning.
  • the invention is based on the object of improving a support holder of the type mentioned at the outset such that sliding of the receptacle on the support is reliably avoided, that supports of a large diameter range can be used and that at the same time the support is easy to handle.
  • the second part is designed as a slide, is guided by a wedge surface that is effective with respect to the first part and that the contact surface of at least one of the parts on the support shaft runs essentially in a plane parallel to the support axis and one in cross section has a V-shaped centering groove perpendicular to the column axis.
  • the advantage of the invention is accordingly that even in rough operation on a construction site, the holding properties of the support holder are ensured without the need for complicated precautions. Rather, all the advantages of the known support bracket are retained, namely to be able to move the one-piece sleeve laterally to the support, and in addition a particularly simple securing of the receptacle on the support is achieved by driving in only one element, namely the slide.
  • the attachment is particularly secure because the rigid connection of the surface guiding the slide on the receptacle ensures that the slide is always in the same defined movement path and consequently unintentional tilting, as is possible with loose wedges, is safely avoided. Due to the simple construction of only two effective elements, there is also an insensitivity to contamination, and the prop holder according to the invention can be easily cleaned by concrete sprayers and the like.
  • the upper end of the support does not move after alignment.
  • the alignment can be done by lifting the support, whereby the holder is also lifted.
  • a support holder is known from DE-U 8022729, in which a two-part receiving arrangement is provided in the manner of a sleeve.
  • Two cylindrical shell parts are connected to each other via a hinge.
  • Two legs are on one shell part and one leg is fixed on the other shell part and the position cannot be changed.
  • an eyelet is arranged at the free ends of the shell parts, through which a flat iron, spanning the intermediate space, can be pushed.
  • a loose wedge can now be hammered in from above between this flat iron and the support shaft encompassed by the shell parts.
  • this known column holder has several disadvantages.
  • the cylindrical shell-shaped shell parts due to the cylindrical shell-shaped shell parts, only one support shaft with a certain diameter can be held with the connecting hinge, only extraordinarily small diameter tolerances being permitted.
  • it consists of a large number of individual parts, some of which are pivotally connected to one another de Arrangement difficult to handle because first the shell parts have to be folded, then the flat iron has to be inserted and finally the wedge has to be threaded and hammered into the remaining small space between shell parts, support shaft and flat iron.
  • the movement path of the wedge is not defined, in contrast to the slide used in accordance with the invention, so that the loose wedge can tilt, for example by tilting by 90 ° when struck and thus slipping through the intended holder.
  • the large number of components means that the soiling that occurs during rough operation of a construction site, in particular due to concrete splashes that can settle on the supported support brackets, does not close the hinge and thread the flat iron or the wedge is more possible.
  • the known arrangement has the disadvantage that, due to the rigid attachment of the legs to the shell parts, on the one hand storage and transportation are made more difficult because the support is extremely bulky.
  • the support can only stand on its own without a support shaft when the shell parts are completely closed, because only then does a stable tripod result.
  • it is therefore necessary to bring the support holder to the support shaft that is to be encompassed and to close it with both hands.
  • this is very cumbersome because the construction worker usually carries the hammer in his other hand with which he is supposed to drive in the loose wedge.
  • the tool must be put down and taken up again later, which results in an increase in the shuttering and stripping time.
  • a tube is provided at one end with two pliers-like extensions, the inside width of which corresponds to the width of the rectangular tube to be accommodated.
  • the extensions are inwardly facing claws which are provided with a wedge surface extending in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular tube to be received, into which a clamping element can be inserted from above, which holds the rectangular tube to be received.
  • the known arrangement is only suitable for a single type of rectangular tube with a square cross section and a certain edge length, i.e. for scaffolding, where a large number of pipes of the same type have to be connected to each other.
  • the known arrangement cannot be used as a support holder in which pipes with different diameters have to be held as intended.
  • the support bracket according to the application opens up the possibility for the first time to place it next to the support shaft that is too extensive, the support bracket being in this position by itself, so that the construction worker initially has both hands free. He can now bring the support holder to the support shaft with one hand and enclose it with the receiving section.
  • the diameter of the support shaft can vary over a wide range due to the open receiving arrangement. With a simple hand movement, the slide is then inserted and the holder wedged with the support shaft.
  • the wedge connection allows the support holder to be attached to the support shaft at any height, so that the support shaft can stand on the ground at a different height than the legs of the support holder itself.
  • the procedure is reversed and the support holder can be brought into a shape by folding down at least one leg or preferably two of three legs, in which it can be transported and stored easily and in a space-saving manner.
  • the receptacle has a rectangular inner cross section; it can have contact surfaces for the circumference of the support on its inner wall.
  • This cross-sectional shape has the advantage that, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the receptacle has a U-shaped cross section, and the slide can be fastened to the two ends of the legs of the U-shaped cross section, and a particularly simple, e.g. can have a flat shape.
  • the articulation axis runs parallel to the support axis in embodiments of the invention.
  • the legs therefore do not perform a spreading movement but only a swiveling movement. This has the advantage that this makes the construction much simpler, since in this case the cross struts supporting the legs at their end facing the receptacle also only have to be pivoted about the same pivot axis as the spread leg.
  • the pivot axes of the movable legs lie in a plane that is perpendicular to the plane of the rigid leg, and that the distance between the two axes corresponds to approximately twice the thickness of one leg when the pivot axes run through the central plane of the legs .
  • the three legs can be folded parallel to each other, when the support is placed against the wall, legs that are not required for support can also be folded into the rest position.
  • An embodiment of the invention can be further developed in that the receptacle and the slide are connected to one another in that the two edges of the one element have a guide into which the other element is inserted.
  • the guide in which the slider is inserted runs obliquely to the support axis, so that when the slider is pushed in it approaches the support circumference during insertion, finally comes to rest on the support circumference and the support wedges into the receptacle.
  • the tensioning device thus consists in guiding the slide in the receptacle in the manner of a wedge to the support axis.
  • the tour can e.g. be formed by grooves or U-shaped edges of one of the two elements.
  • the receptacle and slide have a contact surface which runs parallel to the support axis.
  • This contact surface can also be resolved into two contact points, for example in two bumps arranged at a distance from one another.
  • the inclined guide not only clamps the support like a wedge in the receptacle, but also has the advantage that supports with different diameters can be fastened in one and the same receptacle, because the guide, which runs obliquely to the support axis, radially counteracts the slide guided in it Support circumference leads.
  • the element having the inclined guide can be assigned various other elements or counterparts, the cusps of which form the contact surface each protrude into the receptacle to different extents and are therefore assigned different shaft diameters, or else it can, for example, be the slanted guide guided slider have on both sides of different heights that support the contact surface.
  • this contact surface has a triangular V-shaped cross section, so that circular supports with different diameters fit well against these contact surfaces with a V-shaped cross section.
  • the cross section of the receptacle carrying the guide can be substantially U-shaped, the guide running obliquely to the support axis being arranged at the leg ends of the U-shaped cross section.
  • the support holder has three legs 1 and 3, which are shown broken off in the drawing.
  • the legs are slightly bent at their upper end, the leg 2 is rigidly fastened, for example welded, in a holder 4, which has two horizontal plates 5 and 6 running parallel to one another.
  • the legs 1 and 3 are pivotally mounted in the holder 4 about vertically extending bearing axes 7 and 8 forming bolts.
  • Legs 1 to 3 have cross struts 9 and 10 which run approximately horizontally and are rigidly connected, for example welded, to their outer ends at about half the height of the legs.
  • the cross strut 9 for the leg 2 is welded into a holder 11 corresponding to the holder 4, which is located at a distance of half the leg height below the holder 4.
  • the cross strut 10, which is welded to the leg 1, and the further cross strut, not shown, which is welded to the movable leg 3, are mounted at their inner end in the holder 11 about the vertical axes 7, 8.
  • the pivot axes 7 and 8 lie in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane of the rigid leg 2.
  • the distance between these two pivot axes is approximately twice the width of one of legs 1, 2 or 3 of the same width, so that legs 1 and 3 can be folded into a rest position parallel to rigid leg 1 and rest against leg 2 in this rest position.
  • the brackets 4 and 11 are attached to the yoke 12 of a receptacle 13, the edges 14 and 15 of which are flanged at the ends of the legs and run at an angle between 5 ° and 15 ° obliquely to the plane of the yoke 12 downwards.
  • the opening of the U-shaped cross section of the receptacle 13 is closed by a slide 16 which has parallel guides on the edges of a substantially flat plate 17 on one side over the entire height of the plate 17 by flanging the plate edges 18 and on the other side of the plate 17 guides corresponding to the guides 18, but which do not extend over the entire height of the plate, but are formed by U-shaped flanging of the ends of two metal strips 19 and 20 fastened at a distance from one another on the plate 17.
  • These hooks 21 and 22 overlap with ample play the edge 14 crimped at right angles from the receiving leg 23, the hooks 24 and 25 likewise encompass the edge 15 at right angles from the receiving leg 26 crimped with ample play an inclined guide slidably guided.
  • the slider 16 also has two bumps 27 and 28 on one side and further bumps 29 and 30 on the opposite side of the plate 17. At their end facing away from the plate 17, the bumps 27 and 28 carry contact surfaces 31 and 32 which lie in one plane, but which runs parallel to the plane of the yoke 12. The bumps 27 and 28 therefore project equally far into the interior of the U-shaped receptacle 13, but since the guide in which the slide 16 is held runs obliquely to the yoke plane 12, the bump 27 is higher than the bump 28.
  • the receptacle 13 can be guided from the side, that is to say radially, to a support shaft 35 until the latter rests on the yoke 12. If the slider 16 is then inserted from above into the inclined guide and moved downward, the contact surfaces 31 and 32 come to rest on the support shaft 35 and press the support shaft 35 against the yoke 12 and the hooks 21, 22, 24 and 25 against the flared edges 14 and 15, respectively, so that the support shaft 35 is firmly clamped between the yoke 12 and the contact surfaces 31 and 32. If the diameter of the support 35 is somewhat larger or smaller than that shown in FIG. 2 and in FIG. 1, the clamping position occurs when the slide 16 is inserted a little less or a little deeper.
  • the slider 16 is inserted into the oblique guide in such a way that the protuberances 29 and 30 protrude into the interior of the U-cross section of the receptacle 13 until the contact surfaces thereof 33 and 34 come to rest on the circumference of the support shaft 36 and wedge it between the receptacle 13 and the slide 16.
  • the slider 16 is pulled out of the receptacle 13 so that this together with the legs in the lateral direction from the fixed support 35 or 36 can be removed and used for other purposes.
  • a column holder can also remain on the column until the slab formwork is removed.
  • the contact surfaces 31 to 34 and also a contact surface on the inside of the yoke 12 have a V-shaped cross section, which forms a good support for round column cross sections.
  • the bumps 29 and 30 with their contact surfaces can be omitted in other embodiments. Whether these are expedient depends on how diagonally you want to form the guide formed by the parts 14, 15, 21, 22, 24, 25.
