Claims (7)

1. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de fabrication d'un retors élastique, selon lequel on retord, en assurant l'adhésion, un fil élastomère de 145 dtex à 310 dtex avec deux fils d'une résistance de 100 à 12 500 dtex en filaments de polychlorure de vinyle, polycyanure de vinyle, polyacrylonitrile et/ou laine, les fils étant gonflés à leur surface, sous une pression comprise entre environ 0,1 et 0,2 bar, à la vapeur chaude d'environ 70°C, jusqu'à 10 minutes, avant le retordage, pour les desserrer et obtenir l'adhésion, et le fil élastomère subissant, pour le retordage, un étirage par rapport aux filaments. caractérisé par le fait que l'étirage du fil élastomère (10) est produit, avant le retordage, au moyen d'un frottement de glissement contre au moins une surface de frottement (20), la force de frottement de glissement pouvant varier, à la demande, dans le temps, grâce à un moyen de commande (16).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le fil élastomère (10) est amené entre deux mâchoires de frein (12, 14) qui peuvent être serrées l'une contre l'autre par le moyen de commande (16).

5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la force de frottement de glissement entre fil élastomère (10) et mâchoire(s) de frein (12, 14, 18) peut être commandée, de manière prédéterminée, de façon périodique dans le temps.
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, dans une colonne d'anneaux de retordage (21), chaque étirage de fil élastomère peut être commandé individuellement au moyen de mâchoires de frein.
