Claims (10)

1. Vorrichtung zum Eindrücken und untereinander parallelen Setzen von Dübeln (1) in Betonplatten (2) in horizontale Lage durch Vibration beiderseits von diese Betonplatten (2) trennenden Fugen und senkrecht zu den letzteren im Straßenbau, mit einem Horizontalträger (5), der mindestens einen Vorratsbehälter für Dübel (1) sowie druckausübende Führungen (23), Vibratoren (25) und Halteorgane (18) aufweist und der an einem selbständigen Geräteteil in der Weise angebracht ist, daß er über einer Fuge vertikal bewegbar ist, um in den noch nicht erhärteten Beton hinein bis in eine untere Lage der Betonplatten (2) die Dübel zu führen, die von den Halteorganen (18) gehalten werden, von denen sie unter der Einwirkung der auf dem Träger (5) befindlichen Vibratoren (25) und der auf die Dübel (1) Druck ausübenden Führungen (23) gelöst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine untere Glättungsplatte (4) aufweist, die auf der Oberfläche der bereits verdichteten Betonplatte (2) aufliegen und über sie gleiten soll, und daß diese untere Platte (4) mit Öffnungen (26) für den Durchtritt der Dübel (1) und der Druckausübenden Führungen (23) versehen ist, die an dem Horizontalträger (5) befestigt sind, welcher an Führungen (7) entlang abwärts gleitet, um das Eindrükken der Dübel (1) in den noch nicht erhärteten Beton der Fahrbahnplatten (2) herbeizuführen, während die Halteorgane (18) sich so auf der unteren Platte (4) abstützen, daß die Öffnungen (26) verschlossen sind.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an einen Straßenfertiger mit Gleitschaltung, der in kontinuierlichem Vorschub eine Betonbahn verlegt, verdichtet und glättet, durch eine Antriebseinrichtung angehängt ist, die eine unstetige Bewegung dieser Vorrichtung gegenüber dem Straßenfertiger ermöglicht.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an den Straßenfertiger mit Hilfe von Arbeitszylindern (8) angehängt ist, die parallel zur Vorschubrichtung des Fertigers wirken.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie außerdem an mit dem Rahmen (9) des Straßenfertigers starr verbundenen horizontalen Tragarmen (3) durch eine angelenkte oder verschiebbare Einrichtung (11) aufgehängt ist, die einen Teil des Gewichts der genannten Vorrichtung auf den Rahmen (9) des Fertigers zu übertragen gestattet.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (11), die einen Teil des Gewichts der Vorrichtung auf den Rahmen (9) des Fertigers zu übertragen vermag, eine Ausgleichsvorrichtung (13) aufweist, die dazu dient, die Vorrichtung mit einem gleichbleibenden, einstellbaren Gewicht auf dem Rahmen (9) des Straßenfertigers lasten zu lassen.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die angelenkte Einrichtung (11) aus Paaren von Gestängen (12) besteht, die mit den Tragarmen (3) des Rahmens (9) des Fertigers und mit der unteren Glättungsplatte (4) der Vorrichtung zu jeweils einem Gelenkparallelogramm verbunden sind.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgleichsvorrichtung (13) aus Stangen (14) besteht, die an die Gestänge (12) angelenkt und an Federn (16) aufgehängt sind.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (16) sich an einer Führung (15) abstützen, die von dem Horizontalträger (3) des Rahmens (9) des Straßenfertigers getragen wird.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteorgane (18) für die Dübel (1) so angeordnet sind, daß sie auf dem Horizontalträger (5) beiderseits der druckausübenden Führungen (23) verschiebbar sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteorgane (18) von Zangen zum Halten der Dübel (1) gebildet sind.
