Claims (2)

1. Einrichtung zum Eindrücken u. Setzen von Dübeln (1) in einen noch plastisch nicht abgebundenen Betonbelag (3), Einrichtung bestehend aus einer unteren Glättplatte (4) eventuell hinter einem Verdichtungsfertiger (5) angehängt, welche auf der Oberfläche eines frisch verdichteten Betonbelages (3) aufliegen und gleiten kann, mit einer Reihe von Schlitzen (6) in Linie und in geplanten Abständen versehen die die Aufnahme von Dübeln (1) mittelst Druckgabeln (7) über längsvertikalen Säulen gleitend um das Einführen und Eindrücken der Dübeln (1) in den noch plastischen frischen Betonbelag (3) ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vorrichtung für automatische Verteilung der Dübeln (1) besteht die mit einem verfahrbaren Ladebehälter (8) und ohne Boden, eingeteilt in eine Serie vertikal getrennten Scheidungen und geladen mit einer genügenden Zahl von obengenannten Dübeln (1) fahrbar von einer zur anderen Seite der Glättplatte (4), wobei beim Durchlaufen eine ganze Reihe transversaler Ausweichungen in vorbestimmten Abständen in einem Rahmengestell (12) und seinerseits auf der Glättplatte (4) abgestützt und verschiebbar in jeder der Ausweichungen (15) die Dübeln (1) einlegt, welche durch Verschiebung des Rahmengestells (12) in jede einzelne der vorgesehenen Öffnungen (6) vorgesehen in der Glättplatte (4), um den Dübeln (1) ermöglichen auf den Beton zu fallen und in die Betonplatte (3) an der Fugenstelle (2) eingedrückt zu werden.
2. Verfahren zum Einführen der Dübel (1) mittelst eines Setzgerätes gemäss Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet dass man in jeden vertikalen unterteilten Kasten (9) ohne Boden (8) Dübeln (1) einlegt, durch Verfahren des Kastens (8) von einer zur ändern Seite der Glättplatte (4) quer zur Längsbewegung (X) der Maschine versetzt um stets je ein Dübel (1) in jede einzelne Aussparung (15) des Schieberahmens (12) in Ladestand zu legen in Versperrung zu den Öffnungen (6) der Glättplatte (4) um bei zurückgekehrten Kasten (8) zur Ladestellung, der Schieberahmen (12) versetzt sich von Ladestand nach Ablagebestand der Dübel, so dass sämtliche Dübel der Aussparungen (15) gleichzeitig durch Öffnungen (6) direkt auf den frischen Beton fallen und mittelst der vibrierenden Eindruck-Gabeln (7) in bekannter Weise, jeden Dübel (1) in den plastischen Betonbelag (3) eindrückt, man zieht die Eindruckgabeln (7) hoch und versetzt den Schieberahmen (12) in Ladestellung zurück.
