Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for attaching a precast concrete element to a hoist, consisting of two elements that are movable relative to one another, the first element having an eyelet or the like for a connecting means to the hoist, and a receiving slot that is open at the bottom for a support bracket that is connected to the precast concrete and also a circular guide for the second element, which is designed as a pivotable, remotely operable bolt, which projects in the bolt position with a tongue through the slot, so that the support bracket rests on the tongue during the stroke.
  • DE-C-2 240 171 describes a device of the type specified above, wherein an arc-shaped locking bracket is used as the second element, which can be moved from a locking position by means of a remote control consisting of a tension member into an open position.
  • the locking position can be reached by hand or due to the gravity of the bolt.
  • the disadvantage of this design is that there is no security against incorrect operation. It is not clearly recognizable from the outside which position the second element is in, or the second element can be easily shifted from the set position, which is not visible from the outside.
  • a load hook of a similar design is described in US Pat. No. 2,864,644, the second element being pivotable about a bolt which is guided in an elongated hole and also having a downwardly directed securing lug which can be hooked into an adapted component on the first element is so that the closed position cannot be opened under load.
  • this design has a safety device, it is difficult to use because of the multiple mobility of the second element, namely the displacement in the elongated hole and the pivoting movement.
  • Devices for attaching a precast concrete element to a hoist are often used in practice in such a way that several devices are attached to one precast concrete element.
  • the devices must be brought into the locking position by hand.
  • the position of the respective device cannot be predetermined precisely, which makes it difficult to achieve a secure locking position.
  • the invention is based on the device of the type described in the introduction and proposes that a downwardly directed securing lug is formed on the second element, for which a receiving pan is provided on the first element, that the effective height of the securing lug or the effective depth of the receiving pan corresponds approximately to the size of a game of the second element in the guide, and that an externally visible actuating arm is attached to the second element, which interacts with a snap lock for the two end positions of the second element and indicates these end positions.
  • a simple position and basically unchanged possibility of movement of the second element in the guide can achieve a securing position which prevents the device from being opened unintentionally because the weight of the load prevents this.
  • the actuation space which is visible from the outside, can in turn easily be recognized even at a greater distance, whether the device is in the closed position or in the open position, the snap lock ensuring that the device is not used in an unstable intermediate position.
  • the actuating arm is frame-shaped on the second element and encloses the snap lock.
  • a compressed air cylinder is mounted on the first element, the piston rod of which acts on the second element in the direction of the open position of the bolt. In this way, a simple remote control is obtained and a plurality of devices can easily be operated at the same time.
  • the compressed air cylinder is mounted between two connected plates which essentially form the first element and between which the second element is movable.
  • the securing lug is arranged on the underside of the tip of the tongue.
  • the receiving pan is preferably arranged on a bridge between the plates. This bridge also connects the panels and the forces that occur are directly introduced into the panels.
  • the first element 1 of the device consists, as can also be seen in particular from FIG. 1, of the two plates 9 and 10 which are firmly connected to one another by means of the bridge 19 and by means of the sleeve 11.
  • the inner bore of the sleeve 11 results in an eyelet for the wire rope 23, which is part of a hoist, for example.
  • the hoist itself is not shown in detail.
  • the second element 2 is arranged, which also essentially has a plate-like shape.
  • approaches are provided in order to obtain a sufficiently large support 15 for the support bracket 21.
  • the support bracket 21 is formed by a wire rope which is firmly anchored in the precast concrete part 25.
  • the precast concrete part 25 has a recess 26 for this bracket 21 and the shape of the recess 26 allows the insertion of the device consisting essentially of the elements 1 and 2 for detecting the bracket 21.
  • a slot 20 is provided in the plates 9 and 10 for receiving the bracket 21, and when the bracket 21 is gripped, the latch 18 of the element 2 extends through this slot. The locking position is shown in FIG. 2.
  • the front end of the bolt 18 is designed as a tongue 22 and the tongue tip 13 has, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, a downwardly directed securing lug 3, for which a receiving socket 4 is provided in the bridge 19.
  • the effective height of the nose 3 or the effective depth of the receiving socket 4 corresponds approximately to the dimension, the radial mobility of the element 2 relative to the guide 5, which is formed by the outer circumference of the sleeve 11. In the locking position according to FIGS. 2 and 4, the nose 3 can therefore insert into the pan 4 and if the tongue 22 is loaded by the carrying bracket 21, an opening movement of the element 2 is therefore excluded from twisting in the direction of the arrow 27.
  • the actuating arm 7, which has a frame-like shape, is attached to the element 2. This arm 7 is clearly visible and freely accessible.
  • the arm 7 encloses the snap lock 6 with the spring 8 and the guide rod 28.
  • the guide rod 28 is held in the pivot bearing 29 and finds a guide in the rotatable rod 30 and it is clear that both the position according to FIG. 3 and the Position according to the Fig. Is secured by the spring 8. While the rod 30 is supported in the arm 7, the pivot bearing 29 is supported on the plates 9 and 10 between the lugs 31.
  • the lugs 31 of the plates 9 and 10 also carry the compressed air cylinder 16, the compressed air connection is designated 32.
  • the piston rod 17 presses on the shoulder 33 on the element 2.
  • the element 2 can be adjusted from the position in FIG. 2 in the direction of arrow 27 to the open position.
  • stops are provided between elements 1 and 2.
  • the closed position d. H. the adjustment from FIG. 3 to FIG. 2 is effected by hand, specifically on the arm 7.
  • the snap lock and the other means ensure a closed position in every position of the device relative to the precast concrete part, and the device can be opened in any such position by the compressed air cylinder.
  • the compressed air requirement is low, so that simple auxiliary units can be used.
