Eine der Rollen 11 bis 20 ist als Antriebsrolle ausgebildet. Ferner können noch Spann- und Führungsrollen 22 und 23 vorgesehen sein. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Abgaberolle 18 als Antriebsrolle ausgebildet. Der Antrieb 28 bewegt das Umschnürungsaggregat in Förderrichtung mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die der Fördergeschwindigkeit der Förderbänder 1 und 4 entspricht. Dabei wird auch das Förderband 30 des Umschnürungsaggregates 6 mit der Geschwindigkeit angetrieben, die der Fördergeschwindigkeit der Förderbänder 1 und 4 entspricht. Dadurch wird bewirkt, daß die Packstücke 2 ohne Verzögerung oder Beschleunigung vom zuführenden Förderband 1 übernommen, weitertransportiert und dabei umschnürt und das umschnürte Packstück 2 an das abführend Förderband 4 abgegeben werden. In diese Führungsbahn wird das Umschnürungsband 7 mittels der Abzieh- und Einschießvorrichtung eingeschossen, so daß der Anfang des Umschnürungsmittels 7 um das Packstück 2 herumgeführt wird und das Umschnürungsmittel 7 eine das Packstück 2 umschlingende Schlaufe bildet, die unter Festhalten des Bandanfangs zugezogen wird und dann unter Spannung geschlossen wird. Claims (10)

1. 2. A tying-up machine as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the tying-up unit (6) with the guide apparatus (8), the tie-joiner (9) and the conveyor systems (10) is placed on a frame (26), supported on a straight line guide (27) (placed in the frame 5) for backward and forward motion.
3. A tying-up machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the straight line guide is made up of two guide rods (27) fixed in the frame (5) and which are round in cross-section.
4. A tying-up machine as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the conveying systems (10) are rollers (40) able to be turned in the direction of transport of the parcels (2) and having free wheels for stopping them being turned backwards.
5. A tying-up machine as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the conveying systems (10) are able to be moved with a peripheral speed which is the same as the transport speed of the input and output conveyor belts (1 and 4).
6. A tying-up machine as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the transport systems (10) are formed by at least one endless conveyor belt (30) which is trained in line with the input conveyor belt (1) over an inlet roller (11), bearinged on the frame (5), and over a first direction-changing roller (12), placed at the tying-up unit (6) in front of the tying-up plane, and is then trained downwards round the tie-joiner (9) of the tying-up unit (6) over at least one direction-changing roller (13, 14, 15.16) bearinged on the tying-up unit (6) and is then trained upwards over a second direction-changing roller (17) placed in line with the line of transport after the tying-up plane and bearinged on the tying-up apparatus (6) and is trained in line with the transport path over a run- off roller (18), bearinged on the frame (5) and then the idle run off of the conveyor belt (30) is trained back over at least one guide-back roller (19, 20), bearinged on the frame (5) under the tying-up unit (6), for motion back to the inlet roller (11).

A tying-up machine as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that on the frame (26) of the tying-up unit (6) the first direction-changing roller (12) is bearinged near the top edge, turned towards the input conveyor belt (1), of the frame (26), a first top direction-changing roller (13) is bearinged near the lower edges, turned towards the input conveyor belt (1), of the frame (26), a first lower direction-changing roller (14) is bearinged near the lower edge, turned towards the output conveyor belt (4) of the frame (26), a second lower direction-changing roller (15) is bearinged near the top edge, turned towards the conveyor belt (4) of the frame (26), and a second top direction-changing roller (16) is placed to the back of the tying-up plane as the second direction-changing roller (17). 8. A tying-up machine as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that between the frame (5) and the movingly guided tying-up unit (6), at least one fluid-powered cylinder piston unit (28, 29) is placed.
9. A tying-up machine as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that between the frame (5) and the movingly guided tying unit (6) there is at least one electric motor powered leadscrew drive.
10. A tying-up machine as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the movingly guided tying-up unit (6) has a middle conveyor belt (30) and two side conveyor belts (30') and the direction-changing rollers (12', 17') of the side conveyor belts (30') are nearer to the tying-up plane than the direction-changing rollers (12, 17) of the middle conveyor belt (30).
