- the pinch 2 extending to at least the height of the cams 13 in the base 12 and thus the opening 15 in the cover plate 9 of the inner part 8 is arranged such that the pinch 2 with one of its narrow side surfaces 17 lies opposite one of the resilient tabs 10 of the inner part 8 such that its distance from the cam 13 projecting through the tab opening 11 is smaller than the thickness of this tab 10 is (Fig. 6).
