Claims (1)

1. Capsule de fermeture inviolable en matière plastique pour bouteilles, notamment pour celles qui contiennent de l'eau minérale, de la bière ou des boissons analogues, qui comporte au-dessous d'un bourrelet (11) qui fait saillie à partir de sa surface périphérique intérieure et par lequel elle s'engage élastiquement dans une position assurant la fermeture hermétique de la bouteille (13), un prolongement annulaire (12) qui, lorsque la capsule est mise en place sur la bouteille (13), est essentiellement coaxial à l'axe de la bouteille et reste à une faible distance, dans le sens radial, du goulot de la bouteille, caractérisée en ce que le prolongement annulaire (12) a la forme d'un cylindre couvrant sans interruption toute la périphérie, de sorte que, lorsqu'on agit sur la capsule de fermeture au moyen d'un décapsuleur (14) habituel fonctionnant comme levier, la capsule de fermeture se sépare de la bouteille tandis que le prolongement annulaire (12) est visiblement détérioré par l'action du décapsuleur à levier habituel (12a, Fig. 3).
