Claims (14)

1. Elément électrique chauffant pour chauffer des mets ou autres, avec une partie supérieure (12) en métal, dont la face supérieure forme une surface de cuisson (13), une partie inférieure métallique (17) recouvrant la face inférieure de l'élément chauffant, un espace (22) formé entre la partie supérieure (12) et la partie inférieure (17), et au moins un corps chauffant tubulaire (23) disposé dans l'espace (22), avec une enveloppe métallique qui a une grande surface de contact aplatie avec la face inférieure de la partie supérieure (12) et est appliquée en liaison thermoconductrice contre la face inférieure de la partie supérieure (12), caractérisé par le fait que l'espace (22) est sous vide, et que les parties supérieure et/ou inférieure (12, 17) sont assez souples pour que, sous l'action de la pression atmosphérique agissant sur l'espace (22) mis sous vide, elles pressent le ou les corps chauffants tubulaires (23) contre la face inférieure de la partie supérieure (12).
2. Elément chauffant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'espace (22) logeant les corps chauffants tubulaires (23) entre la partie supérieure (12) et la partie inférieure (17) est en permanence fermé hermétiquement et mis sous vide.
3. Elément chauffant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les corps chauffants (23) ont une section triangulaire et sont appliqués par un côté du triangle contre la face inférieure de la partie supérieure (12) et par une pointe du triangle contre la partie inférieure (17).
4. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque de cuisson avec une surface de cuisson (13) sur laquelle des récipients de cuisson (36) peuvent être directement placés.
5. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie supérieure (12) forme une paroi de récipient, par exemple d'une bouilloire ou ustensile analogue.
6. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il présente un rebord externe (14) qui coopère avec un évidement de la plaque de fourneau ou bien forme un rebord-déversoir (21) qui emprisonne par en dessus l'évidement de l'auge de cuisson.
7. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie supérieure (12) et la partie inférieure (17) possèdent, sur leur pourtour et éventuellement dans la région d'un évidement central, des bords respectifs dirigés vers le bas et solidarisés par brasage ou par soudage.
8. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des éléments d'appui (24), de préférence en forme de godet, traversent l'espace (22) logeant les corps chauffants tubulaires.
9. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la partie supérieure (12) et/ou dans la partie inférieure (17), dans les zones situées entre les éléments chauffants (23), sont ménagées des empreintes (26), de préférence spiroïdales ou périphériques.
10. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la sortie des corps chauffants (23) hors de l'espace (22) est assurée par des passages (42), en forme de douille, de la partie inférieure (17), et que les corps chauffants (23) sont brasés ou soudés hermétiquement sur les bords des douilles.
11. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les parties supérieure et/ou inférieure (12, 17) consistent en une tôle mince.
12. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la liaison étanche a lieu à proximité du rebord externe (14c, 14d), et que les parties supérieure et inférieure (12, 17) sont solidarisées à cet endroit par une bordure.
13. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie supérieure ou inférieure (12c, 17e) est réalisée à paroi mince à la manière d'une membrane avec des zones de dilatation, et que l'autre partie (17c, 12e) est réalisée à paroi plus épaisse avec une rigidité suffisante pour supporter l'élément chauffant.
14. Elément chauffant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une couche d'isolation (54) recouverte de préférence par une plaque d'appui (55) est placée dans l'espace (22).
