Claims (2)

1. Dispositif pour trier des exemplaires pliés défectueux (18) dans des machines d'impression rotatives à rouleaux dans un poste de sortie d'un appareil de pliage, dans lequel les exemplaires imprimés pliés (2) sont entraînés en relation de recouvrement partiel sur une bande transporteuse (3,4),
comportant une paire de cylindres étagés (6, 7) pour dévier en forme d'éventail la file d'exemplaires,
un cylindre séparateur (17) étant introduit par pivotement, lors du triage des exemplaires défectueux (18), dans le dispositif qui dévie en éventail la file d'exemplaires,
caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans la direction de transport des exemplaires imprimés (2), en amont de la paire de cylindres (6, 7) et à peu près horizontalement par rapport à ceux-ci un cylindre de déviation (9)
qui dévie vers le bas la bande transporteuse (4) avec le courant d'exemplaires de manière qu'il se produise un étalement en éventail entre le cylindre de déviation (9) et le premier cylindre (6) de la paire précitée
et en ce que le cylindre de déviation entraîne une courte bande transporteuse additionnelle (10) , qui peut pivoter autour du cylindre de déviation (9) de manière à assurer, dans la position de travail, le guidage des exemplaires imprimés jusqu'au poste de sortie
et à assurer, dans la position de pivotement en retrait, le guidage des exemplaires défectueux jusque sur une bande transporteuse de décharge (14),
le cylindre tendeur pivotant (11) qui est associé à la bande de guidage (10) étant accouplé, par l'intermédiaire d'une barre d'accouplement (15), avec un autre levier pivotant (16)
qui porte à son extrémité extérieure le cylindre séparateur (17)
qui, lors du pivotement en retrait de la bande de guidage (10), est introduit par pivotement entre les exemplaires (2) étalés en éventail
et qui transfère en relation de recouvrement partiel les exemplaires défectueux (18) successifs, sur la bande de guidage (10) qui a pivoté en retrait, vers la bande de décharge (14)..
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier rouleau (6) de ladite paire de rouleaux (6, 7) est monté par l'intermédiaire d'un levier (19) sur l'axe du rouleau de déviation (9) de façon à pouvoir pivoteur autour de celui-ci et en ce que son diamètre est égal ou supérieur à celui du rouleau de déviation (9).
