Claims (2)

  1. Embout de projection (12) pour appareil de sablage, constituant l'élément d'extrémité d'une gaine (11) unique raccordée à l'appareil de sablage correspondant et comprenant essentiellement, dans le sens de l'écoulement, un raccord de tuyau, un organe de fermeture (18) pouvant prendre deux positions extrêmes différant de 90°, un élément de tuyau (22) et une buse de projection (14), caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes:
    a) l'organe de fermeture (18) est une soupape conique;
    b) l'enveloppe (25) de la soupape conique comporte, pour le raccordement du tuyau (11) unique venant de l'appareil de sablage et pour l'élément de tuyau (22), deux tubulures (32, 33) semblables pour le raccord à la buse de projection (14);
    c) la noix (26) de la soupape conique est en alliage dur tandis que l'enveloppe (25) et ses tubulures (32,33) sont en fonte malléable;
    d) le trou de passage (27) de la noix (26) se prolonge, lorsque la soupape conique est ouverte, par des sections d'écoulement (34) de plus grand diamètre et contigües;
    e) la section d'écoulement (34) située du côté entrée a un diamètre intérieur supérieur au diamètre intérieur du tuyau (11);
    f) les tuyaux (11, 22) sont assemblés bout à bout avec les tubulures (32, 33) de l'enveloppe, des manchons (35) étant vissés sur les tubulures (32,33) et étant reliés, par des goupilles (36) aux tuyaux (11, 22) de telle manière que lors du vissage des manchons (35) les faces frontales des tuyaux s'appliquent hermétiquement contre les tubulures (32,33) de l'enveloppe.
