Claims (13)

1. Procédé pour lier en faisceau des barres, des tubes, des profilés, etc... , procédé caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux anneaux constitués d'un matériau élastique, sont expansés sur un mandrin, que les barres, tubes, profilés, etc... , préalablement réunis en faisceau sont introduits à travers l'ouverture des anneaux ou bien que les anneaux à l'état expansé et entourant les barres, tubes, profilés, etc... , préalablement réunis en faisceau, sont déplacés en direction longitudinale axiale, et que, à des intervalles prédéterminés, un anneau est chaque fois retiré du mandrin et se trouve alors serré autour du faisceau.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des anneaux en un matériau présentant l'élasticité du caoutchouc.
3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des anneaux avec une section transversale de paroi aplatie en direction de leur axe longitudinal.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les anneaux, au moins dans la zone de leur alésage interne, sont recouverts d'un produit facilitant le glissement.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise des anneaux avec une section transversale de paroi ronde.
6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les anneaux sont serrés sur le faisceau à une même distance axiale les uns des autres.
7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, avec utilisation d'un mandrin et d'un dispositif d'extraction pour les anneaux entourant le mandrin, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'un anneau est chaque fois retiré du mandrin par translation du mandrin et/ou du dispositif d'extraction l'un par rapport à l'autre.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que tous les anneaux se trouvant sur le mandrin pendant le processus d'extraction, sont transférés de la même quantité dans le même sens que l'anneau à extraire.
9. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux disques annulaires disposés coaxialement l'un par rapport à l'autre avec respectivement un alésage central pour le passage du faisceau, ces disques annulaires étant reliés ensemble par au moins trois vis, tandis que dans l'un des disques annulaires, susceptible de tourner, les disques sont guidés dans des boutonnières, au moins trois segments étant disposés entre les disques à la même distance de l'alésage, ces segments étant susceptibles d'être déplacés dans la direction des boutonnières lors de la rotation du disque annulaire susceptible de tourner, par l'intermédiaire de broches guidées dans les boutonnières correspondantes orientées selon un certain angle par rapport au rayon, chaque segment comportant une griffe s'étendant en direction axiale et dont la longueur correspond au moins à la somme des largeurs individuelles des anneaux, un dispositif d'extraction entourant concentriquement les griffes étant prévu, tandis que les disques annulaires et/ou le dispositif d'extraction sont susceptibles d'être déplacés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction axiale longitudinale.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction est immobile tandis que les disques annulaires sont susceptibles d'être entraînés par un vérin hydraulique.
11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le disque annulaire susceptible de tourner, est susceptible d'être entraîné par un vérin hydraulique.
12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extraction est constitué d'une pièce tubulaire dans la paroi interne de laquelle sont usinés des anneaux d'extraction avec des diamètres internes différents, allant en croissant dans la direction des disques annulaires.
13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les griffes sur leur surface extérieure recevant les anneaux, revêtent une forme en gradins correspondant aux anneaux d'extraction.
