Abstract
En la presente invenci?n se proporciona una serie de inhibidores selectivos del Factor XIa (FXIa), relacionados con el campo t?cnico de los f?rmacos qu?micos. La presente invenci?n tambi?n se refiere a composiciones farmac?uticas que contienen dichos compuestos y a un uso de dichos compuestos en medicamentos para el tratamiento de enfermedades como la tromboembolia.
