Abstract

Nuevos D-homo-estra-1,3,5(10)-trienos sustituidos en la posición 2 de fórmula general (I), donde R2 significa un grupo alquilo C1-C8, un grupo alquiloxi C1-C8 o un átomo de halógeno, R3 significa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo metilo, R17 significa un átomo de hidrógeno o un átomo de flúor, así como sus sales aceptables para uso farmacéutico, su producción y uso como agentes farmacéuticos para la profilaxis y terapia de enfermedades dependientes de estrógeno sobre las que puede influir la inhibición de la 17 -hidroxiesteroide deshidrogenasa tipo 1.
