Abstract

Низкая растворимость в воде рофлумиласта в парентеральных препаратах и эмульсиях, суспензиях, гелях или растворах для местного применения может быть улучшена путем включения в фармацевтическую композицию смеси смешивающихся с водой растворителей. Смесь смешивающихся с водой растворителей может включать моноэтиловый эфир диэтиленгликоля (торговое название Transcutol (транскутол); сокращенно DEGEE) и воду. Отношение моноэтилового эфира диэтиленгликоля к воде составляет от 1:10 до 20:1. Полученная композиция обладает улучшенной биодоступностью и эффективностью и может быть использована для ингибирования фосфодиэстеразы 4 у пациента, нуждающегося в таком лечении.
