Abstract
Описан способ получения литейных форм, стержней и восстановленного из них базового формовочного материала; смесь для соединения с раствором или дисперсией, содержащими жидкое стекло, для получения литейных форм и/или стержней; формовочная смесь; смесь базовых формовочных материалов; а также литейная форма или стержень. Кроме того, описано соответствующее применение некоторого количества дисперсных слоистых силикатов с параметром dменее чем 45 мкм или соответствующей смеси в качестве добавки для получения жидкого стекла и формовочной смеси, содержащей дисперсный аморфный диоксид кремния, которая отверждается в результате химической реакции компонентов формовочной смеси друг с другом, при получении литейной формы или стержня для облегчения разрушения и/или для повышения восстанавливаемости литейной формы или стержня.
