Abstract

Способ ограничения деформации фитинга (10) при его приваривании к работающему трубопроводу, причем фитинг (10) содержит толстый продольный шов между половинами фитинга, включает в себя сваривание на каждой из обеих сторон фитинга средней третьей части (31) шва с созданием пирамидообразной формы в направлении внутрь, начиная от края средней третьей части (31), вдоль профиля скоса (19) шва и сваривание левой и правой внешних третьих частей (37) шва (20) в направлении наружу, начиная от края, примыкающего к средней третьей части (31), вдоль профиля скоса (19) шва. Сваривание каждой из трех частей на обеих сторонах осуществляют способом сварки закалочными наплавными слоями, включающим в себя создание по меньшей мере двух слоев для снятия напряжений вместо обычной послесварочной обработки.
