Abstract
Изобретение касается способа изготовления средней части (1) корпуса запорной задвижки высокого давления из высокожаропрочной стали, при котором две кованые в ковочном штампе половины оболочки (1a, 1b) средней части корпуса, имеющие прикованные штуцеры (4а, 4b), методом электронно-лучевой сварки без сварочного присадочного материала свариваются друг с другом стыковым сварным швом (2), который проходит в плоскости (3), проходящей поперек трубных штуцеров (4а, 4b), разделяющей среднюю часть (1) корпуса. Чтобы у такой средней части (1) корпуса при оптимальной стоимости изготовления повысить долговечность и снизить вес, изобретение предлагает, чтобы толщины стенки половин оболочки (1a, 1b) средней части корпуса рассчитывались в целом на основе коэффициента прочности сварного шва (WSF=1), и чтобы после изготовления сварного шва (2) вся средняя часть (1) корпуса подвергалась сквозной термообработке путем нагрева выше температуры переходного состояния, закалки быстрым охлаждением и отпуска.
