60Si2Mn钢弹簧热处理方法一般为预热、加热、保温、冷却、回火保温、冷却,弹簧钢的淬火温度一般为860摄氏度左右,如果温度和保温时间控制不好,最后导致的后果是铁素体不能完全溶解。而回火也只是消除淬火时出现的热应力,影响弹簧的质量和寿命。

本发明提供一种60Si2Mn钢弹簧热处理方法,能够克服以上所述缺陷。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种60Si2Mn钢弹簧热处理方法,将钢弹簧加热至930℃,测量钢弹簧的热性变量,再将钢弹簧加热至930℃+热性变量18%,采用回火温度为650℃,保温时间为3.25min的高温快速回火。
本发明涉及的这种60Si2Mn钢弹簧热处理方法,为一种形变热处理方法,是将钢的变形强化与热处理强化两者结合起来,进一步提高钢的强度和韧性。形变热处理有高温、中温和低温之分。高温形变热处理是在稳定的奥氏体状态下产生形变后立即淬火,也可与锻造或热轧结合起来,即热成型后立即淬火。强度和疲劳寿命都得到很大提高。
