Abstract

Предлагается слитый белок, например слитый белок цитокинового рецептора, например ловушка TGFβ, с новой линкерной последовательностью, позволяющей слитому белку оптимально функционировать, например позволяющей соответствующей цитокиновому рецептору части слитого белка цитокинового рецептора оптимально связываться со своим целевым цитокином. Данные слитые белки или векторы экспрессии, кодирующие данные слитые белки, например онколитические аденовирусные векторы экспрессии, можно использовать для лечения клеточных пролиферативных заболеваний и нарушений, включая некоторые формы рака и воспалительных нарушений.
