Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к применению закрыто-пористых микрошариков из вспученного перлита в качестве наполнителя для получения формованных изделий для литейного производства, композиции для получения формованных изделий для литейного производства, включающей закрыто-пористые микрошарики из вспученного перлита в качестве наполнителя и связующее вещество, при этом связующее вещество выбирают из группы, состоящей из жидкого стекла, фенолформальдегидной смолы, двухкомпонентной системы, которая включает содержащий свободные гидроксильные группы (OH-группы) компонент-полиол и полиизоцианат в качестве реагента, и крахмала, а также к формованному изделию для литейного производства и способу получения формованных изделий для литейного производства.
