Abstract

La invención describe un proceso para la producción de un material compuesto aluminosilicato que contiene alúmina y zeolita. El compuesto se obtiene por medio de la síntesis hidrotérmica de zeolita en un sistema macroheterogéneo en presencia de alúmina, la cual sirve al mismo tiempo como componente de reacción y como soporte de la zeolita resultante. En el caso de la zeolita faujasita (Y) el material obtenido se caracteriza por contener una alta proporción de zeolita, conservando el volumen grande de los mesoporos en la porosidad jerárquica del compuesto, y los cristales de nanozeolita que tienen una relación alta de SiO2/Al2O3.
