Description
(a)20~170μm、好ましくは80~160μm、より好ましくは100~140μmの粒子径d10を有し、
及び/又は、
(b)280~600μm、好ましくは290~450μm、より好ましくは300~400μmの粒子径d90を有する、
本発明における使用が好ましい。
空隙率=(1-見かけ密度/真密度)×100%
に従って計算され、物質の合計体積に対する空間の体積の割合を意味する。
(a)20~170μm、好ましくは80~160μm、より好ましくは100~140μmの粒子径d10を有し、
及び/又は、
(b)280~600μm、好ましくは290~450μm、より好ましくは300~400μmの粒子径d90を有する
ことが好ましい。
a)酸化剤、好ましくは硝酸カリウム又は硝酸ナトリウム、並びに金属酸化物及び酸化される金属
及び/又は
b)上記で定義した微小球ではない球状粒子
を含むことも同様に好ましい。
及び/又は、
微小球と発泡ガラス又は全ての発泡ガラスの間の質量比が、1:1~1:2、好ましくは1:1.5~1:1.9である。
(a)上記で定義した発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球を製造又は提供する工程、
(b)工程(a)で製造又は提供された発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球を、バインダー及び任意で更なる成分と混合して組成物を与える工程、及び
(c)工程(b)からの組成物を成型及び硬化して成形品を与える工程、
又は、
(i)本発明の組成物を製造又は提供する工程、及び
(ii)工程(i)からの組成物を成型及び硬化して成形品を与える工程。
・更にフィラー、好ましくはフライアッシュの球体、気泡ガラス、珪砂、焼成珪藻土、シャモット、菫青石、ムライト、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、好ましくは発泡ガラス、菫青石、焼成した籾殻灰、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、 ・酸化剤、好ましくは硝酸カリウム又は硝酸ナトリウム、並びに任意で金属酸化物及び酸化剤により酸化される金属(好ましくはアルミニウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、及びケイ素からなる群から選択される)
を含む。
測定方法:
1.粒子径の測定:
DIN 66165-2(4. 1987)に従ったふるい分けによって、方法F(動揺した単一のふるい又は静止したガス状の流体にセットされたふるいを備える機械的ふるい分け)を使用して、独立気孔微小球の粒子径を測定する。RETSCH AS 200コントロール型の振動式ふるい機を使用する。振幅をレベル1.8に設定する。10秒のふるい間隔(interval sieving)はない。ふるい分け時間は5分である。
嵩密度は、DIN EN ISO 60 2000-1にしたがって測定した。
サンプルのモルフォロジーは、JeolのJSM 6510からのSEMにより実行した。化学組成は、Oxford INCAのEDXを使用してEDX分析により実行した。
粒子強度は、DIN EN 13055-1 Annex A, 方法1(0.5mmの振幅で2×30秒振とうする)に基づいた方法で測定した。
下記の表で特定される成分を使用して、コールドボックス法(触媒はN,N-ジメチルプロピルアミン)により試験片を製造し、低圧マノメーターN(モータードライブを備える)を備えるPFG強度試験装置を使用して、VDG standard P 73, 方法A(BOSCH Profi 67 mixerを使用、周囲温度及び周囲湿度で、突き固めることにより製造、1時間後及び24時間後に試験値を記録、各ケースで3回測定)に基づく方法で曲げ強度を測定した。
下記の表に示される成分を使用して、下部で閉じられたフィーダー蓋を、コールドボックス法(触媒はN,N-ジメチルプロピルアミン)によって各々の組成から製造し、フィーダー蓋を同じ形状を有する異なる組成から製造した。
開放気孔の、発泡パーライト(Cenolite P55120)及び閉じた表面を有する発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球の吸水量を、Enslinの方法により測定した。測定は、それぞれのバルク製品0.5gを、Enslin装置を使用して行った。結果を下記の表にまとめる。
Claims (14)
- 発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球の、鋳物業用の成形品を製造するための組成物におけるフィラーとしての使用であって、前記微小球が、その表面上で閉じており、前記微小球が、200~500kg/m 3 の嵩密度を有し、前記組成物は、前記組成物の全量に対して少なくとも30質量%の前記微小球を含む、前記使用。
- 前記微小球が、100~400μmの粒子径d50を有する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記微小球が、200~250μmの粒子径d50を有する、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記微小球が、見かけ密度に対する真密度の比が1.8を超え、見かけ密度及び真密度が、ヘリウムピクノメーターを用いて測定される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記微小球が、1.3N/mm2を超える粒子強度を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記微小球を、フライアッシュの球体、気泡ガラス、珪砂、焼成珪藻土、シャモット、菫青石、ムライト、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される追加成分と組み合わせて使用する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 前記微小球を、有機バインダー若しくは無機バインダー又は有機バインダー及び無機バインダーの混合物と組み合わせて使用し、
前記バインダーが、水ガラス、フェノール-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、反応物質としてポリイソシアネート成分及び遊離水酸基(OH基)を含むポリオール成分を含む2成分系、及びデンプンからなる群から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の使用。 - 前記鋳物業用の成形品が、断熱性又は発熱性のフィーダー、フィーダー被覆材、フィーダースリーブ、フィーダー蓋、充填漏斗、供給要素、及び加熱パッドからなる群から選択される、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 非鉄鋳造用の断熱性又は発熱性のフィーダーを製造するための、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 鋳物業用の成形品を製造するための組成物であって、
フィラーとして発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球と、バインダーとを含み、
前記微小球が、その表面上で閉じており、前記微小球が、200~500kg/m 3 の嵩密度を有し、
前記バインダーが、水ガラス、フェノール-ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、反応物質としてポリイソシアネート成分及び遊離水酸基(OH基)を含むポリオール成分を含む2成分系、及びデンプンからなる群から選択され、
前記組成物は、前記組成物の全量に対して少なくとも30質量%の前記微小球を含む、前記組成物。 - 更に、フライアッシュの球体、気泡ガラス、珪砂、焼成珪藻土、シャモット、菫青石、ムライト、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される成分を更に含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか1項に定義される発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球を使用して、又は請求項10又は11に記載の組成物を使用して製造される、鋳物業用の成形品。
- 以下の工程を含む、鋳物業用の成形品の製造方法。
(a)請求項1~9のいずれか1項に定義される発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球を製造又は提供する工程、
(b)工程(a)で製造又は提供された発泡パーライトの独立気孔微小球を、バインダー及び任意で更なる成分と混合して組成物を与える工程であって、前記組成物は、前記組成物の全量に対して少なくとも30質量%の微小球を含み、及び
(c)工程(b)からの組成物を成型及び硬化して成形品を与える工程、
又は、
(i)請求項10又は11に記載の組成物を製造又は提供する工程、及び
(ii)工程(i)からの組成物を成型及び硬化して成形品を与える工程。 - 前記微小球が、多段式の温度区域を持つ細流管中でパーライト砂を膨張させる方法によって得られる、請求項13に記載の方法。
