Abstract

Изобретение относится к настоящей мучнистой росе и особенно настоящей мучнистой росе, вызываемой фитопатогеном Erysiphe heraclei, устойчивым растениям моркови или растениям Daucus carota, причем устойчивость к настоящей мучнистой росе обеспечивается одним или двумя доминантными генами устойчивости к настоящей мучнистой росе. Настоящее изобретение, кроме того, относится к молекулярным маркерам, генетически связанным с генами, обеспечивающими устойчивость к настоящей мучнистой росе, и особенно настоящей мучнистой росе, вызываемой фитопатогеном Erysiphe heraclei, и их применению для идентификации растений моркови, или растений Daucus carota, являющихся устойчивыми к настоящей мучнистой росе, и особенно настоящей мучнистой росе, вызываемой фитопатогеном Erysiphe heraclei. Настоящее изобретение также относится к семенам, частям растений, пыльце, яйцеклеткам, каллюсу, суспензионной культуре, соматическим эмбрионам и съедобным частям растений настоящего изобретения.
