Abstract

Целью настоящего изобретения является разработка способа получения осушенных микробных клеток с высокой степенью жизнеспособности после их длительного хранения при высокой температуре. Способ получения осушенных микробных клеток, который позволяет достичь вышеупомянутой цели, отличается тем, что микробные клетки суспендируют в дисперсионной среде, содержащей протективный агент, антиоксидант и хелатообразующий агент, с последующей сушкой.
