Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к композиции, включающей растительное масло, карамель и одно или более фенольных соединений. Карамель и одно или более фенольных соединений вместе предотвращают окисление растительного масла, благодаря чему можно уменьшить количество EDTA в композиции. При получении карамели ее нагревают таким образом, что она не придает темного цвета композиции. Данное изобретение также относится к способу получения указанной композиции.
