Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM REFRIGERANTE DE CAFé". A presente invenção refere-se ao processo de fabricação de uma bebida, mais especificamente um refrigerante, obtida à partir de uma mistura de extrato aquoso de café e extrato fluído de Noz de Cola (Cola Nitida), com os excipientes adequados, onde a referida bebida contém, em média, 9,40% (em mg por cento, p/v) de cafeína, e 20,0 % (p/v) de ácidos clorogênicos, tendo indicação no tratamento profilático da depressão, do alcoolismo e da dependência em drogas.
