Abstract

La presente se refiere a un proceso de fabricación de una bebida, más específicamente de un refresco, que se obtiene a partir de una mezcla de extracto acuoso de café y extracto fluido de nuez de cola (Cola Nítida), con los excipientes adecuados, donde la referida bebida contiene un promedio del 9,40% (en mg por ciento, p/v) de cafeína y del 20,0% (p/v) de ácidos clorogénicos, indicado en el tratamiento profiláctico de la depresión, del alcoholismo y de la dependencia en drogas.
