Abstract
Устройство (1) транспортировки, предназначенное для сухой транспортировки на высокой скорости потока сыпучих материалов, даже горячих, таких как, например, ПВЖ (прямовосстановленное железо), выходящих из восстановительной печи или реактора, или золы органического топлива после камеры сгорания, причем устройство (1) содержит металлическую конвейерную ленту (10) с замкнутой траекторией, содержащую во время эксплуатации рабочую ветвь (12) и обратную ветвь (13), причем конвейерная лента (10) на рабочей ветви (12) образует участок (14) транспортировки, ограниченный снизу транспортирующей поверхностью (11), а по бокам - ограничивающими буртиками (21) для транспортируемого материала, причем ограничивающие буртики (21) поднимаются от указанной транспортирующей поверхности (11) до конца (22); вращающиеся ролики (3; 3'), поддерживающие конвейерную ленту (10) на обратной ветви (13), причем общая конфигурация такова, что опорные ролики поддерживают конвейерную ленту (10) на ограничивающих буртиках (21), конец (22) которых осуществляет скользящее перемещение на вращающихся роликах (31; 36).
