Abstract

Способ получения неметаллического сырьевого порошка, подходящего для восстановления до металла, включающий стадии объединения жидкости с твердыми частицами оксида металла с получением смеси; перемешивания смеси с высокой скоростью сдвига с получением жидкой суспензии оксида металла и жидкости и высушивания жидкой суспензии с применением процесса распылительного гранулирования в псевдоожиженном слое, в результате чего происходит выращивание множества частиц с образованием неметаллического сырьевого порошка. Указанный способ обеспечивает возможность выращивания частиц сырьевого порошка до требуемого размера частиц. Указанный способ обеспечивает возможность получения сырьевого порошка с регулируемым составом.
